where is the brooch?

Bed side table (A part of the key). Bury it in the mud near laura and dig it up with the spade in the shed in the B part of key.

Nah, the enchanted key can lead you to teasure spots.

Nah thats pretty much the hardest bit.
The names are:
Pear
Plum
Lemon
Mango, I have the other two trees which are advacado and quince.
Starting with the top it goes...
Quince
Mango
Avacardo
They should be right =)

I can't actually remember the specific order. If you talk to sarah in the B part of the key she tells you which trees go at the very top and the ones at the very bottom.
No equipment needed.. all items can be found during the quest
