But I think the music is supposed to hold most of the meaning while the lyrics are used to interpret that meaning. She may not be Joni Mitchell, but I do think she's a good lyricist and musician in her own right. Having said that, I feel that just because her music may not be your style doesn't mean they're "talentless".

Why is it every time I give this band a chance I am always disappointed? Sure, she SOUNDS awesome, but her lyrics are childish and repetitive. The band itself...where to start....its always verse chorus verse, quiet melody followed by the same damned tremolo picking in the bridge, over and over again. Are they better than Kittie? Sure, but that's like saying you're the smartest kid in special ed (quoted from some movie). In closing: Talentless Repetitive band is food for the weak minded pre-teen
