  • great song.

  • Every time I hear this song, my eyes fill up with tears.... I feel really touched that such a wonderful community has to go through so much ... I feel every Indian should listen to htis song and should feel grateful and honoured to ... Long Live Tibet.. India shall always be with you :)

  • Buddha was born in Bodhgaya, Bihar. How is that Nepal?

  • @alal22000 Buddha wasn't born there, he was enlightened there.

  • Its sad to see this unique and tremendously rich culture being preserved in a different country. Ladakhis would have been dying to go and have a visit if Tibet wasn't under China. Tibet was like cambridge/Oxford for surrounding himalayan small kingdoms for our great grandfathers. Statues and Thankas in my own home had come from Tibet thousands of years back are very very auspicious. Now its sad to see, while we have a nation to be proud of, my Tibetan frns still looking to have one. FREE TIBET

  • Very humble, beautiful & touching..."Free Tibet! Free Kailash-Mansarovar!!"..."Aum Manne Padme Hum! Aum Namah Shivaye!!"

  • Tibetians have been in India only for last 52+ years and We as INDIANS acknowledge your Peaceful Intent and Love for India.

Then we have Muslim Invaders for last on and off thousand years who have been Looting and Raping India's Soul each and everyday, presently have 800 terrorist cells in India and have bomb blasts as a routine each month or so which Our Corrupt Govt is Sitting and Counting Muslim votes to Win the Govt...A Change is Necessary to Claim India Back from Thieves.

  • long live tibetans long live India:)

  • Very beautifully

  • i think we indians must thanks to tibetans, who bring back wisdom to our country.and we indians proud that such a great community is living in our country

  • I love this song. Very beautifully produced and choreographed. The lyrics touched my heart. We Indians shall always be grateful to Tibetans for creating and honoring Indians with this "Thank You India" song. This is the first time, I have seen citizens from another country thanking India. Long live Tibet and your culture. India shall always support Tibetans.

  • where cn i download ths song ?

  • tipa gals are so beautiful like an angel.... damn... i love u guys for perserving our cultural n tradition... god bless u all the tipa teacher n student... a magnificent job by creating this wonderful song... india is very grateful country .. unlike nepal .. the govt in nepal is piece of shit.. scumbags... i love india no matter what. for giving my people a place to live n work.. That why india won the match cricket.. takecareppll

  • Actually, whatever credit on tibet by India which was incredible but whoever said whatever Lord Buddha was born in Nepal not in India............

  • @MrBirodi Who cares if Lord Buddha was born in India or Nepal or Timbuktu for all we know. What matters is his universal message for all people and if we act as though it matters where he was born, we miss the whole point of his life and teachings.

In any case, when Buddha was born, there were no countries called India or Nepal. That whole region was divided into many little states.

  • I don't think Tibetans would get freedom in near future... India is the only country that can help them.. but unfortunately, Indian politicians are not taking any concrete steps to help the Tibetans...

I wish to see a free Tibet in the Himalayas...

  • go go gogoooooooooo tibet... there are some assoles in india who think tibetians are chinese. but i also know 99% of indians never thought bad about tibet ppl staying in India and become part of them. be with us, be united, be our brothers, be our familly , my tibet friends :)

  • great

  • Ok common lemme say that now... "raid on his holiness Karmapa's monastery" I'm an indian and It is quite usual to us... I mean we have been victims of capitalist politics since ages.. Unfortunately I welcome my tibetan mates to share what we have been facing since independence...

but I bet this place is still better than china... atleast the outside world gets to know what wrong is being done here..!

  • tibetan people are so humble. And I love HH Dalai Lama. He is Peace even outside his home - for the world - such is his power. India loves you very very much.

  • THANK YOU INDIA. i am born and raised in India. I am as much as Indian as i am Tibetan. I like everything about India and its people and if the need be, i can die for this great country and its people as we proved during 1971 Bangladesh and 1999 Kargil war.

    THANK YOU INDIA

  • as alwayz,,,,, good job tipaaaaa

  • as alwayz,,,,, good job tipaaaaa

  • Indians have special place for tibetans in their heart. We are brothers.

    Long live tibet.

    India is always with u.

  • And Thank you TIPA! This is Awesome!

  • Hi Tibetans... Is this Tibetan language ? Or chinese ?

  • long live Aryavarta

  • Bharat always support tibets freedom and his greatness.

    wel come Bharat (india)

  • hey nice video ,,n like it...free tibet and free india..we luv u...

  • Long live India.....Long live Tibet.

  • Excellent song and great support. I love you people from tibet. Very few people thank their host. This song demonstrates your tremendous respect for India and its citizens. I wish we were surrounded by neighbors like tibet. India's best friends and neighbors are people from Tibet, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. You people are great.

  • Actually Buddha was born in India. It is now modern day Nepal. So get your facts straight

  • Right is right ,wrong is wrong.Sidharth Gautam(Buddha) was born in Lumbini of Nepal.Don`t show this wrong vedio, right now remake your video if Tibet is belong to Tibetan.

  • in this song it did not mention loard Gautam Buddha was born in India, it says great teachers. Listen carefully and don't look at the video(photos) and then comment.

  • Who says loard buddha was born in india! listen the song and comment.

  • @penpa1959 he was born in modern tibet (in ancient india) . after the realization dawned on him he roamed around in search of the truth before attaining enlightenment under the Bodhi tree ( in modern india). Buddhism was popularized in India by a ruler called Ashoka and then spread to rest of south east asia. Not that there is any point quibbling over it. He could have been born in Africa and it wouldn't matter one bit!

  • @algoseer did i say it matter to me not at all. i just replied for the person(SDG977) for his comments. get a life!!!!!

  • @penpa1959 sorry bout that then. SDG977's comments are nowhere to be seen. prolly 10 pages back. Thanks man. I'll go get a life -_-

  • @penpa1959 Dude he was born in ancient India. Check wikipedia.

  • THank you India.. You've provided homeless with shelter risking your own security, God Bless u in every aspect of life. I wont say may u be the best of nations but i will say this, " MAy you b content in everything you do" because best is not always good.

  • @saranghyeyo860 Thanks to u too...As an Indian I feel very proud of it!

  • And the only people "disliking" this video are most likely either Chinese or Pakistani. LOL.

  • Beautiful video. On behalf of India's populace, we support you all the way!

  • Its really touching and a loving gesture by our Tibbetian Brothers and Sisters. I really wish and hope that one day you all invite us as a guest in you very own Homeland of Tibbet.

TIBBET BELONGS TO THE BEAUTIFUL AND LOVING TIBBETIANS.

There is really no need to thank, but yes please have INDIA and its People mentioned in your daily prayers and Pray to the Almighty for the Success, Peace, Harmony, Happiness, Progress and Prosperity of my Country.

Thankyou to you all as well.

  • This was a touching video. But I must ask...how much propaganda and how much truth?

  • Who the bloody son of a gun says that "this is my land, that is yours, You are a refugee..." who are those differentiators and boundary makers... ?

we are born as humans and this soil belongs to all of us and belongs to you as well my tibetan brothers and sisters...

  • I'm extremely touched by this video... I'm in a software profession but still I've continued managing my time reading about the tibetan culture and Indo-tibetan legacy...

Being an Indian I'm fearful about the future of tibetans specially when H.H. the dalai lama is gone...

i wish to stand by my brothers and sisters whenEVER they need... I ain't know about the Chinese but I hope our government will not falsify the saying... "Atithi Devo Bhavah"

  • My fellow hypocrite countrymen,

please stop fighting over religion, language, southindian, northidian, marathi, punjabi, bengali, up vala bhaiya, etc etc... and learn something from our tibetan mates...

I hope indian doesn't ever make our tibetan brothers/sisters realize that they are living over a false assumption and hope over India..

  • Favorite Tibetan song

  • I m proud to be indian...Hail Indian Tibet friendship...Long live both great civilizations!!!

  • hey, how do they call you in China. fifty cent i guess, you piece of shit Chinese junk.

  • Comment removed

  • ok. you need to work on your problem then.

  • Truth always triumphs. Tibet will get her freedom. Long live Tibet, Long live His Holiness !

  • This is very touching. Actually, we should be thanking our Tibetan brothers for bringing back our lost cherished culture - Buddhism. When Islam stepped into India, Buddhism was totally wiped out. Nalanda, one of the world's greatest learning center totally disappeared, but was kept alive in Tibet. Post '47, political Islam was eliminated from India. It was the right time for Buddhism to come back to India. Isnt this miraculous ? So it is us Indians who should be thankful for Tibetans :)

  • Thank you for posting this, it's so beautiful! I saw TIPA perform in Dharamsala and they are so amazing and incredibly talented. I'm so happy that Tibetan culture and music has been preserved and passed on to younger generations.

  • You are most welcome Tibet. And thanks to you for enriching our culture by your presence. May you prosper and achieve success.

  • Free Tibet !!!

We are friends of tibet and will remain forever

..people from tibet are my brothers, sisters and mothers.

You are always welcome ..no need to thanks

love you guys you made me nostalgic ..

  • Gautam Buddha was born in Nepal and not in India......thanking is good but try not to create misunderstanding...

  • @daisym33, yes Buddha was born in Nepal. When people say "Buddha was born in India", they refer to the ancient India - Bharat - which includes the whole subcontinent.

  • this is beautiful. India-Tibet, always together!!

    FREE TIBET!!

  • thank you india.....jai hind..!!

  • We as Indians believe in defending our guests even if we have to sacrifice ourselves. Tibet will get justice, remember wheels of Karma grind slowly but they grind very fine!!

  • India is just great.... look at this country of Billion people enjoying full democracy. Where people have say in their national policy. Where people enjoy all the natural rights ... on the other hand we have China.. a home to billion fools... a billion fool of historic ... catastrophe. Sink.. sink.. communist Bastards.

Long live India.. Long live Tibet.

  • it's hard to imagine the courage it took for nehru, india's first prime minister, to grant the dalai lama asylum.

i read an interview with one of the people who was with the dalai lama when he was escaping tibet. this person was in radio contact with the US diplomates trying to negotiate with india for asylum. he describes how nehru - who did not want trouble with the chinese - struggled with the decision till the last minute, when the dalai lama was as the border

    he made the right decision

  • @TibetArt

    Thanks

  • @TibetArt

THANK YOU MY TIBETAN BROTHERS THANK YOU VERY MUCH.......

INDIA-TIBET SHARE A VERY ANCIENT CULTURAL RELATIONSHIP...

DON'T WORRY TIBETANS... INDIA WILL FUCK CHINESE COMMUNISTS IN THEIR ASSHOLES.

NO CHINESE COMMUNISTS CAN DARE TO THREAT MY TIBETAN BROS ANS SISTERS.

  • Ur WELCOME !

  • Chinese always suckkkkkks ... wherever they are.

  • thamden435

Shut the fuck up you tibetan religious fundamentalist fanatic. It's the 21st century and theocratic rule is dead, its not coming back. Stop living in your superstitious cave and join the rest of us in modern civilization. We here in the west and the rest of the civilized world believe in separation of church and state, its time you tibetan fanatics get with the program.

  • @ shinikita : Take your yeast infected pussy out of here. You are not welcome here. You can continue to bitch as much as you want but that won't change a thing.

    Tibet deserves freedom!!

  • Yeah I completely agree, tibet deserves freedom.....freedom from theocratic rule, free to live in a developed modern society. I like indoor plumbing and a heated house, don't you?

  • I would rather be poor than live in a communist country..

  • canzt4

That the thing that pisses me off most about you idealist who are so sure about what's right or wrong, good or bad. You're so full of shit. Why don't you go hungry for a week then tell me how much food matters, tell me if freedom is on your mind? Think!!!

  • You are making it sound like how China is very rich and how everyone there is leading a luxurious life. Just google the facts and you will know better. Besides, if China was so rich and double standards, your ass won't be sitting in Canada. Remember the Bejing Olympics where the Chinese made a pretty girl lip sync to the song actually sung by another girl who they thought was NOT pretty enough.

Tibet is poor but people can still manage. They deserve their own country without communism.

  • canzt4

FYI I'm japanese you tibetan fanatic. China may not be perfect but its doing a much better job of providing for their people than the tibetan government in exile. When you pray all day long, there's little time for governing. Tibetans need the love of Jesus Christ! Religious freedom from the dalai lama's superstitious nonsense!

  • wow this is so moving...

india and tibet are natural allies, not based on military or economic interests, but based on spirituality.

Long live Tibet, and Long live India

  • Thank you Tibet for adding to India's multicultural heritage. I wish you guys get your homeland soon.

Long live Tibet, long live India.

  • and some part of Asia , too

  • I personally hate plagurism plagurism prevails over India and exile tibet

  • this song is plagurised song

  • Very inspiring songs. Thank you India. Thank you TIPA for such a beautiful songs. You explain more then words. India was and is our teacher and our second home. Thuk je che INDIA.

  • Thank you Tibet for intermixing with Indian culture and multi ethnic societyso well.

  • Thuk ji che!!!A touching video!!!!Free Tibet!!!

  • thankx to composers of this song

  • Beautiful song, very moving! Thanks for sharing this video.

  • Tibet has a great culture and heritage to bank upon... I cant tell how much I am moved listening to this song... not sure if this an isolated opinion or this is what all my tibetian friends feel...point is not what is done but what important is what is more to be done...a free tibet, where people are not scared of the language they speak or the clothes they wear or the Gods they pray...In case my fellow indians read this, its time 4 us to wake up, please stop being hindu, muslim rather be indians.

  • This is one of the most beautiful song and video I have ever seen. I am an indian but I love tibetean culture.

  • But unfortunately indian police beat lots of tibetan and didnot allow them to return, ome police dont even want world to see how unhappy the tibetans are against chinese. many indian dont understand that tibet is also part of greater india.

  • tibet will be a free country one day....till than no worry....:)

  • dis video moved me to tears ....

LONG LIVE INDIA ... LONG LIVE TIBET :-)

  • Wonderful Song

    7374 July, 14

  • hey, whats that instrument that ppl blow? trumpets like? sounds like farting, muehehe soo sorry..

  • HEY DON'T

  • Thanks for the beautiful song dear Tibetan brothers and sisters. You are always welcome in India. Our karma is intertwined as so are our destinies. Jai Hind.

  • Hai and Hello Everyone,

Why every Tibetans must thank India the land of Wonder?

This song touched my Heart. India is the Land of gurus who walked up on the Land of Snow for the sake of tibetans, the Barbarian, to help flourish The Dharma. What we are now is the path shown by precious Gurus. Tibetan Language is the sister of Sanskrit. These are the case of post Era. After chinese Invasion, India has done so much for Tibetan. Own government system, Free schools especially for tibetans, Land,

  • It was India's DHARMA to help the Tibetan people. Long live Tibet. Long live India.

  • hahaha.Our colony.

    They speak English.

    Hindi is inferior

  • at least India isn't a dying nation

    enjoy your radical Muslims LOL

  • Thank You INDIA " the greatest country in the world" Vande Mataram

    THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

When Tibet will be FREE. Tibet & India will be like Best Friends . "BROTHERS". We'll set example of friendship when every country is in war w/ each other

FREE TIBET= INDIA'S SECURITY because Tibet will act as buffer state between India and China. Monsoon which originates from Tibet & upon which India thrives on is under threat due to over deforestation by Chinese in Tibet.

    Join the Free Tibet Movement

  • What abt Nepal?hahaha

  • Thank you nepal for their hospitality. But as one can understand Tibetans are facing a very harsh condition after the maoist came to the power especially with the huge influence of chinese communist parties with nepal govt these days.

Nepal has great potential and specially people of nepal are wonderful. I've lived in nepal for two years. I had a great time.

  • @SDG977 Nepal allowed us Tibetans to settle there, and we are grateful for that. But now the nepali government and even Nepali people are becoming more and more influenced by the Chinese, going as far as beating and hating everything about Tibet. Even Nepalese of Tibetan origin.

  • @KrazyNinjaPanda Not true. We FUCKING hate COMMUNISM. We hate CHINA. but yes, there illiterate and un-educated ppls are getting carried away maiost and communist. And ya, we support TIBET from heart and soul. But govt. policy is something differnet u know. Just like CONGRESS of INdia here we have MAO.

  • I wish Tibetan community best of luck with there conquest. I'v been to Dharamshala its such a spiritual land. Now i feel Tibetans one of us. Welcome home :D

  • thanks india !

  • A song every tibetan would want to sing! Thanks Tibet (Tibetan Institute for performig Arts) for expressing what has been in the hearts and minds of Tibetans!

    Jai Bharat!

  • Thank you India!

  • India will be foreever, not because of her weatth and material prosperity (although thats coming and she deserves it) but because of her spirituality! Our global village remains indebted to India's spiritual heritage! Long Live India! thank you india, from a tibetan who has been nurtured by your cutlure, by the cool shade of your compassion and non-violent principle!

  • Your welcome from India . Thanks for beautiful song . People who uses bad lanuage after listing the song they must be chinese are Pakisatni . They are just jealous . Just ignore

  • May you all prosper.

  • Bhutanese and Tibetans- Probably the only people in South Asia who show their gratitude towards India. They don't love to hate India, unlike our other neighbours.

  • THANK YOU INDIA!!!if it weren't your kind hospitality towards my leader and my people at the time of crisis and predicament, we wouldn't be where we are now...thank you India, a truly a land of Mahatmas!!even when the UN moved its face away from us, it was India our only GURU from centuries old who took u.....

  • Nehru allowed tibetians to india even though he has to face china. India will always be home for tibetians forever. Long live our country

  • as an indian and as a human i wish and pray for tibets relese from china and its own government to be re estblished

long live the dali la ma ( sorry for spelling)

  • interessante e muito bonita a cultura da india e do Tibet

  • Long live Tibet. Long live India.

  • beautiful people...

  • waaaah...this is really beautifull..thanks for sharing and thank you India for supporting the Tibetan people...God bless India!

  • As a Tibetan who grew up in Tibet, I could not help but cry on hearing this well due expression of gratitude in a form of song that really captures the essential spiritual India. Not just the tibetans, but time will tell that the world remains indebted to India's spirtual heritage. Long live Arya-bhumi!

  • यह भारत, जो की एक बहुत ही महान देश है, वह दूसरों की मदद करना, अपना धर्म समझता है

    हमारी सहायता आपके साथ सदा रहेगी

    जय हिंद!!

  • About time too.

India: most vibrant democratic country, filled with the most intelligent and spiritual people in the world.

  • Can make any Indian proud. Should be broadcast ed by all Indian channels; so that Indians recognize their potential & what they can do for others.

  • Thank You!! Tibetans for Enriching India with your tradition and culture.

It is Indian tradition to welcome all who believe in Dharma. Our doors are always and will remain open.

  • Wov! wonderful video. As somebody said the video brought tears to my eyes. Thanks Tibetans for the wonderful video. And we will support you untill you get Tibet .

  • People you all are Messenger of peace. Thank you!

  • Isn't that a great touching and meaningful song?

I love it. Thank you India.

  • i don't normally comment on videos but from the deepest of my heart thank you india for all the love you bestowed upon me and all of us tibetans. cheers!!!!!

  • you should get india's passport

  • WE HAVE ALREADY

  • that is great!!! I am so happy.

  • Nice SONG beautifully sung and thanks India.

  • Hey zhouzhzh.. seems like you are bit annoyed by this video. May be that is what set you people and the rest of the world apart. India is simply great.. its incredible. Its people and the culture.

  • I was not annoyed. I just hope you be happy in India. If India is so great, just stay in India forever.

  • If you are so happy in India, why not ask India to give you citizenships, then everyone will be happy.

  • you can easily achieve one if you want a passport in india.. India granted the options... Exile Govt refused the offer.. That way Tibetans remains as Tibetan..even in refugee status..

  • This is ridiculous. The Tibentan-in-Exile Government rejected the offer of letting Tibetans-in-exile to be Indian citizens while encouraged Tibetans-in-exile to be American citizens. Does that mean India is not as good as the U.S.? If so, why were they singing "Thank you India". Isn't it more appropriate to sing "Thank you the U.S."? Again, if Tibetans-in-exile like India so much, they should become Indian citizens.

  • Seems like you don't know. Tibetans in India can do pretty much everything without being a Indian citizen. You can buy house, car.. do business.. etc. except to vote , that we don't need that right... we have our exile government to vote for.. voting represent Tibetan government .... Can you do all that in US without proper documents? Just being Tibetan, you can do all that in India. India let Tibetans established Tibetan Government in the same country. That's why.. Thank you India!

  • Amen! That's why india is the best<3

  • Tibetans-in-exile often use imagination instead of fact to answer questions. It is incorrect to claim that "You can buy house in India without an Indian citizenship". Google "Can a Non Resident Indian Buy Property In India" and you will find the correct answer. Dalai Lama also often uses his imagination to criticize China. I hope you discard this habit. Also "democrocy" and "freedom" are not a part of Tibetan culture (compassion and tolerance are). Don't chant "Free Tibet" everywhere, too funny.

  • Thank you India. Unforgettable kind.
