The Diedrich hasn't missed a beat. Since we got it 18 months ago, it's done over 20 tonne (probably 2500 batches) and the only thing that's changed is my approach to roast profiling as I learn more.
Before using this roaster I had no other experience to compare to, but I've since seen a Probat and a Has Garanti in action and the Diedrich requires a very different approach to controlling gas/air. I'm pretty happy with the coffee we produce!
