Looks like a fight club to me. People fight on what appears to be the carboard laid down in the living room, and in some cases, when they are bleeding from a fight, they walk out and spit some blood out. Or, they lay down on the couch. Which would explain the blood on the pillow.

If this was a murder, CSI would have cleared off the entire area. There are no traveling patterns or drag marks to suggest a cover up. Blood on wall is similar to heavy gravital droplets. No blood mysting from guns
