Damnit, I lied to Zimmer saying A3-21 is dead and I brought him that piece, so you're saying I can't get the rifle? That sucks! I dont have a save point before I told Zimmer except my first save where I was leaving Vault 101 at level 1 >.<

u can also swim to get inside  by going through the door in the market on the balcony jump down go under water and the doors

U don't have to ask doctor Preston just ask any doctor or Moria bribe em if u have to I've done this a lot of times also a girl tells you not be asking questions about the andriod and if u agree she gives u something to show Zimmer that harkness is dead then go up to harkness tell him wat u know and if u promious not to tell anyone that he is a driod he will give the plasma rifle

i am on "The Replicated Man" quest.. but i cant talk to Dr.Preston about the Lipoplasticater, and a Micro Dermal Grafilizer..i am on the part witch i have to chose. either to tell Zimmer hes dead or not..so the last part..any1 know something i can do ?..

@lemmit The only way to get the rifle is by collecting auidio tapes about Pinkerton , there are four, once you collect them he gives the information on Harkness, You can get A321's rifle and Pinkertons reward perk that increases your VATS accuracy by 50%, tapes are scattered , Recommend you get both by going to Harkness you get the rifle and recieve +200 Karma then tell Pinkerton and you get -200 Karma, for full tutorial look up "A321's plasma rifle" by Orcidea

you can get the rifle from a super mutant overlord they get nice drops also reversits rifle n other cool tuff

they do drop awsome things but no. it is called a3-21's plasma rifle because a3-21 is harkness's factory name. therefore this is the only way you can get it

Theres another way to get into there..

I don't remember exactly where it is.. just look around for it.

If you'd rather get your lockpick to 100, just try to find all the skill books for it. Also, try to find the lockpick bobblehead if you haven't already.
