  • why does that guy pull his pants down after he just pulled them up again?... Perv

  • dude this flipbooks fucking gay, check out mine

  • I just did... and I don't think you have any grounds to criticise anything else.....

  • Random,But awsome

  • It is very interesting.

It is a good representation of us.

  • Patience man. You've got patience.

  • JB man, you pwn ;)

  • Hey! Mystic Cave from Sonic 2 xD

    Great animations =)

  • Nice, love your character style!

  • omg u are so amazing i wish i was as good as you!!

    btw i subscribed :D

  • Awsome!!!!

  • I envy you, great job man

  • it must have been annoying to color those pictures over and over and that's what makes your flip books valuable! (i don't mean it literally like in money ways) but good job!

  • heh, thanks. And you're right! I start colouring one picture then look at how many more I have to do. Is quitting always such a bad thing? :)

  • hehe... YES QUITTING IS SUCH A BAD THING!

  • haha wicked :)

  • Wow the music reminds me of sonic the hedge hog on sega :)

  • The music is a remixed Sonic tune! :)

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!! that looks so cool

  • nice wrk!

  • i Like the third one after "press start" and the

other one where he drinks the potion or whatEVER

it is and he turns into a monster and then a tornado and...blah blah blah and blah blah blah

  • Thats amazing...I LOVE it...you could really make a cartoon TV show, that would be awesome!

  • Thanks! And I'm not usually a patient person!

  • Awesome video!!! Was the guy who was at 1:54 to 2:00 supposed to look like blockhead though?

  • Nope. I wasn't aware of Blockhead until I just looked him up after you mentioned him. I agree though - there's a certain similarity in the colours despite the lack of a face on mine. :)

    Thanks for the comment!

  • u have sum funny ideas dude, nice

  • Awesome job!!! Fun to watch! Cool video. Keep up the good work!!

  • Thanks very much!

    I intend to :)

  • rilly cool

  • that was amazing. you should go into making cartoon' i'll sure watch them.

  • Thanks! Maybe one day, I just haven't got the patience!!

  • Great.

  • i love it it is just WOW

  • Chemical Plant Zone remix, nice.

  • It's actually Mystic Cave Zone remix. Same game though!

  • I like the way you use the space of paper to go in and out with the characters. It's funny when you transform the edge of paper into a wall.

  • Yay sega genesis!

  • that was awsome keep up the good art/work

  • SICK!! LOVED IT!!!

  • that was...FABULOUS!

  • dont like the music

  • It recommends hours in order to start something like this.

  • This is AWESOME i can barely make these! keep on keepin on

  • pete, that was totally worth the effort of photographing it all. brilliant video.

  • thats how cartoons are made

  • That was ass

  • It WAS worth watching. Better job than I'd ever do with it.

  • great flip book. but what the hell was it

  • Ha ha, I often ask myself that. Could you be more specific and I'll try and explain (TRY!! I tend to make them up as I go along!)

  • well then you have a wierd mind

  • i do the same thing sometimes ( i don't have any vids though) like with my ani's i just go along with what comes into my mind

  • sweet

    cool nice

    awsome

    lol

    great

    good

    amazing

i wish i am that good too

  • THAT WAS EFFING AMAZING!!I LOVE THE SONG!! how long did it take you?

  • I'd been doing the flipbooks throughout my life for years but photographing each page took AAAGGGEESSS!!

  • if you made this then you must be pretty amazing!

  • Yes I did and thanks very much :)

  • cool.nice job dude

  • haha at 1:29 it looks like the snow man took a dump

  • Its too long i sleept in half time video

  • super cool!!!!

  • Great Work!!! 5/5

  • awsome

  • nice check out Psalty's animations!

  • I have, they're great!

  • where can i get that song? gief gief!

  • i like it....

  • whoa is das geil

  • is this music from sonic the hedgehog??like old school sega sonic??

  • It's a remix of the Mystic Cave music from Sonic 2

  • i think it's ok.

  • Very cool i can only be bothered to do little stick figures LOL.

I havent got enough patience to draw really good ones LOL

  • How is it fake?

  • well, some of it is computer animated, and also the pages arnt flicking... its just a moving picture?

  • Ooh, you were so close to being reasonable. Apart from the 2 obviously done in MS paint, all the others are actual flip books but I've put each page through an animation program. I thought it would be a bit boring to just watch an unsteady flick through each book.

  • soz ye i was really harsh

  • You are veery good. :D

  • hey that's really nice!! and funny too! Well done!

  • why do some of the poeple have string on their hands? cool vid

  • I kinda liked animating the flow of the string. That's all really.

  • cool beans

  • FIVE STARS

  • just genious !!

    5 stars !!!

  • eyy esta geniaal!

  • esa música es del sonic 2 para mega drive xD

  • I knew someone would notice...doesnt matter what language you speak...cuz i definatly noticed too :D

  • you are very talented.!.!.: D

  • ta to wapoooooo

  • the ones that you drew were amazing

their cheeky grins were pure comedy!!

  • do you do this film by this way :

Take pivture whit camera nd then add to some program and another picture ?

  • Kinda, yeah. I take a photo of each page, put them together as GIF files in a program (Animator9) then edit them all together with music in Windows Movie Maker.

  • great skills

  • Great movie. Couldn't stop watching it - a rarity with YouTube flipbook shows of ANY length. FIVE STARS.

  • that completely inspired me. im going to make a flip book cartoon now

  • nice rayman music:p

    and really good movie

  • im pretty sure that music was off sonic 2, not rayman!

  • whell, at least it sounds a bit like rayman 1

  • that was really funny!!! i wish i could do that !!

  • i like them, they are really funny! the song is really good too. what is it!!

  • pslaty owns all of your flip books

  • crazy

  • wonderful!

  • nice! loved it!

  • What is the song? This was awsome by the way.

  • cool

  • Ohh Wow

    Like A TV Showw :]]

    Simply Amzingg __xo

  • Very nice!

  • Awesome! some of the music is from sonic 2 right?

  • holy crap lol that must of taken forever.

  • wow nice one thing i dont get is..why are they holding strings?

  • Good question... But the strings are supposed to be threads from their clothes. When I was younger I used to like animating the 'flow' of the string. If that makes any sense. (Possibly not!)

  • i love the sonic stuff!!!! amazing!! oh and good graphics too lol

  • I felt like I was Watching saturday Cartoons. sweeet!

  • same here!!! awesome

  • Now this is some good stuff

  • how do ya flip it so well for so long?

  • I don't. I photographed each page then put them through a program on my PC!

  • What is the program called?Pls tell me so I can download it.

  • The program used to put all the pics together is called Animator9. I found it free somewhere but can't remember where!

  • good job

  • whoa! really amazing, i really thought i was in it

  • i like the sonic remix song

  • Nice, very cool

  • I loved this! Five stars! I used to make flipbooks out of all my textbooks, notebooks, even homework sometimes. :) I know how hard they can be sometimes and you did a great job!

(BTW, loved the music. I still play Sonic 2 on my Sega all the time!)

  • excelete!

  • cant anyone see that it isnimted on computer?

it is black fat lines around the paper and yo cant se the papers moving but not bad ment it was still an awesom movie Wow Omg Omfg.

  • The only three done on a computer are the face, bomb and the flying man. You can't see the pages moving because I photographed each page and put them into a program to animate (although the are actual flip books). I didn't just want to flip them. The reason for the black lines are shadows from the camera flash.

    Anyway, thanks for the comments!

  • i just notest i am posting the 30 post i am so gratful for u other 29 people i wont of been able to do it with out u and nice vid

  • wow nice

  • That was cool! Even which was your first one?

  • I think the earliest one is the second fighting one. It's not my first ever one though - as with most people I began with stick figures and bouncy balls, slowing making the characters bigger and more detailed. There's a couple of even earlier ones in my other vid - Flip Book Marathon...

  • omg.. that awesome!! really...... ur so damn talented.. :)

  • Thanks very much! :)

  • ha ha! cool! must have taken ages!

  • It really really did. The flip books themselves were done over the years but photographing each page took forever. I never learn though, I'm currently working on a sequel - 'Flip Book Marathon'!

  • Your so talented!

  • AMAZING!!!!!

  • that is uber radd. the music and everything was clever, maybe you should of added a bit more color. i hate seeing plain things

  • I know, it takes aaaages and I'm not that patient. Hoping to rectify that for my next vid though!

  • i will and great job again!

  • freakin sweet dude!!!! 5 stars!!!

  • because he is not a complete loser like u. nice work man, i can only make 1 with a bouncing ball. they suck

  • i am tring 2 make a flip book, what kind of paper should i use?

  • Something thin enough so you can see the previous picture through it so you can see where you have to draw. Most of mine were done on small glued notepd type things that I bought at the local market. One thing to make sure is that the edge of the paper where you flip it is completely even (no uneven pages) so it's easy to flick smoothly.

  • y dont u make a pokemon flickbook?

  • WAHAHA! AMAZING DUDE!!! WAHAHA

  • The guy falling in the ice is hilarious.

  • Eh i guess it was okay.. but that last thing..? was it a sperm...?!!

  • It was just going to be a round ball but I added the tail to give it more shape. Being young at the time, I had no thought as to it looking like sperm

  • keep working on those they are awsome!!!!

  • I liked the thing, but i like Mystic Cave Zones song better xD, i have it on my MP3 and i still have my Sega! :D

  • that's awesome! good job A+++

  • make one where they have $eX

  • Your obsesed with "$eX"...

  • sweet i like the guy with the sword and when his pants fall off.

  • co0o0o0o0o0o0o0oo0o0l

  • music - sonic 2 mystic cave remix :D cool vid btw

  • yeah dats really cool

  • Awesome job Pete. That's amazing.

  • Thanks for all the comments.

I wanted to be an animator when I was younger (and did all these) but realised I don't have the patience to work on anything that takes too long.

    Maybe one day!

  • thats realy good you should be an animator

  • Wow! that's incredible!!

  • Cool
