tempo sounds beautiful to me. i'm not sure if it's the quality of the movie or not, but sometimes the balance is a bit, people sound a bit carried away (brass, percussion).

The best recording I've EVER of this is on a CD called "Copland, The Music of America" performed by the Cinicinnati Pops Orchestra, conducted by Erich Kunzel. The CD is by TELARC Inc Co... definitely pick it up!
