@skater32798: The 3D is fantastic. If you are looking for eye popping effects, the 3DS won't provide you with that but it can give a great sense of depth. Some games focus on depth and make you feel like you are in the game, and some try and fail to create an out-of-screen effect. Super Mario 3D Land does neither.The 3D helps severely for judging how far away platforms are. In this game, it is supposed to be the same, but for judging how far away item boxes are.

You know, a lot of people will disagree with this, but I really hope hacking will be possible as long as the hackers don't hack just to win the damn race. In Mario Kart Wii, there were hackers that lost the race after causing random chaos and giving everyone extra VR as a result. But what I hope for the most are texture hacks. The ability to make the game look what you want and like. :P

I think hacking with the 3DS will be much harder than with other consoles, like the PSP which is famou for excessive texture hacks.

@skater32798 its not perfect 3d but its pretty good, and your eyes hurt and give you a headache when you first use it but i got used to it in 3-7 days you just gotta hold it still and about 14 inches away from ur face

@skater32798 yeah the 3D is great, some of the best you will see, despite what people may say. But the overall effect depend on your personal eyes. If you are one of the few who has irritation while viewing 3D my suggestion to you is to use the 3D on low and every week or so gradually increase it, before you know it you can view things with Max 3D with little discomfort- the trick is all in getting used to it.

The 3D on all games is wonderful, including Mario Kart 7. You can watch the trailer in 3D on the 3DS and it looks amazing, the graphics look much better then they do in the video and everything stands out wonderfully. The effects of bloopers squirting ink etc. looks awesome :D
