  • what type of paper is best to use

  • @moe161 slightly glossy paper. it's harder/thicker than A4 (8.5 x 11)

  • WOW, You are truly gifted. I really enjoyed watching your video.

  • When he took the can off the moon i was like WTF?!?

  • Nice one... please share more... :)

  • your such a copy cat ur not the real spraycasso!!! faker!

  • Great work brotha! Love this piece. Stop by and check me out sometime. Keep em coming!

  • AMAZING!!

  • awesomeee since the first seconds.. but when you did the comet my mind was blown.

  • siiick

  • Holy shit that's amazing.

  • sooo coool

  • someone please answer ThExMaJ1kxMaN1 comment

  • When I try to do the wet on wet, it just runs down the paper. Any tips?

  • @ThExMaJ1kxMaN1 You're probably not working on a flat surface. Check your work area with a level

  • @ThExMaJ1kxMaN1 errm well as someone has said - make sure you are working on a flat surface, but also when you are spraying, dont spray TOO much, but enough so that you cant see the material you are spraying onto. I myself do stencil art like Banksy, but i spray my pieces onto different types of canvas alongside other materials which the paint can partially soak into. I will soon try to create a piece like this, so i will see is i get the same problem :)

  • love it! this inspires me to start doing art again! awesome work!

  • wow :O amazing

is it hard? im thinking about starting

  • @DJLimitless13 I started 4 days ago of course i wasnt a master at first but with 4 days i got the hang of it.

and even if you arnt good at it then nobody can degrade you for trying.

  • the fumes give them great creativity.

  • how did you do the last part cause that is amazingggg!

but i think you should have used something other then a cliff on the left

    but i still LOVED IT

  • lame

  • sickkkk!

  • beautiful!

  • I will try this out! Thank you so much for sharing!

    It's amaziong!

  • I need help! I seem to always leave edges around my planets when I remove my can lids etc... any advice on how to solve this?

  • wow this is really cool and beatiful

  • hoooolllyyyyy crap

    that sir, is amazing :)

thank you very much for sharring those tricks i will DEFFINETLY be trying this out :)

  • I just got started! My mistake right now is using too much paint :-( It is leaving edges on the planets. I'm learning.

  • u make this look harder then it really is -.-

  • awsome right there.!

  • badazz

  • would spacepainting be possible on skateboard griptape?

  • @Skate4LifeJW yes, it is. i actually get paid to do it and it works just as well. just be careful with the amount of paint that you're using and i usually spray black griptape with white paint before i get started. =D

  • this is sweet

  • That's a beautifull pece man

  • Thats awesome! would this possibly work with air brushing?

  • @RideFate yup

  • Excellent, This is gonna help me when I do it later :) thanks man

  • i,ll try it , then i,ll show you the results .....

    Thanx ..

  • I painted this today, It didnt really work out as I didnt have a can and the magazine got stuck to it. but it still looks ok

  • just got back from my first try at it. and its not as easy as it looks... my cans/borders were leaving behind black scratches in my atmosphere, i didnt think to buy WHITE which is obviously a mandatory color, and i couldnt get the star effect with my crap caps on my $4 ace hardware spraypaints. so i flicked it on. any suggestions on what types/brands of canisters to be buying? tried to on watercolor paper, wasnt lifting very well either. going with posterboard next time

  • wow thats realy easy.nide ideas

  • sigh ok got all my stuff. hope this works. looks so good on here

  • Freaking amazing... looks tough, but I'm gonna have a try at it! Thank you SO much for this tutorial!

  • amazing!!! great job!

  • really harder then i looks....

  • I`ve tryed doing this but i can`t seem to get the hang of it. Its really harder then it looks lol

  • Wow dude pretty cool tricks I will try it!! Never done that, but w/ ur lesson Ill probably will get good, thks

  • Would this work on a canvas?

  • @Cowanrider626 No I've tried. the small crevices of the canvas mess up the texture and general flow of the spraypaint. Just use your average posterboard cut to whatever size you're most comfortable with

  • WOW! That's beautiful! You've got me sitting here thinking I can do that! I just might try... ;o)

  • nice! keep it up

  • oh my gosh! OUTSTANDING!

  • fucking amazing!

  • that looks...eehrm...GORGEOUS! thats the only thing i can think of

  • wen people do space paintings and stuff do they use glossy paint or flat paint or dus it not matter?

  • applause haha i can't think of any other words XD

  • how long does it take to dry out??

  • best one yet!

  • Great art, great teacher.

  • what is B&W spraypaint?

  • @RammaRITOORITO Black and White

  • THats awesome

  • I've watched a lot of spacepaint and i stumbled across this. (i havent seen other vids of yours yet but I will check them out) but spacepaint is the same thing over and over just tweaked a little. This was a fresh view on spray paint art. Thank you

  • when ever i do the coment, the cap always ruins it

  • @dream4dreamtheater same here... i just started so I'm going to see if letting the paint dry more will help keep the cap from making a mark

  • @dream4dreamtheater do you make the comet and then when you lift the can up there is a white circle or mark where the cap was? try letting the sky or whatever dry full before putting the comet on :)

  • @teeny1912 So must let everything dry 1st before doing the comet is it?

  • say what! that was cool

  • AMAZING! :)

  • song ??

  • dude that is fucking sick thank you thank you

but one thing im not sure if im able to do that it looks to go oh and are you a pro

  • an alternate method for stars is to spray some white onto your gloved fingers and flick toward the painting

  • that works a lot easier for me.

  • that was so sick. Once I go buy more black and blue I'm trying this out.

  • def am going to try this shit bro ppl are amazing with their spray paint talents saved in the favs section gotta try my luck with it lol

  • sick

  • COOL!

  • can you use this style with an airbrush gun?

  • any type of paint go to use which are glossy?

  • @Zv3rb0j i use rust-oleum gloss protective enamel

  • is that car spray paint? does any kind of car spray paint work?

  • @blackZ34all no it wudnt go to a wal mart and go to the spray paint section and then just look for one that says gloss not glossy use gloss

  • over all it was great but the stars and comet effect was cool

  • This is so cool,

One question... Do you need a certain type of spray paints?

    Thanks x

  • color place its a wal mart brand

  • @LovePurplePants nooope!! but cheep paint actully works great! graffiti paint such as ironlak , hardcore and other montanas are fine but too expecive, try painters tough, colorplace, rustolum , thoes hardwear store brands

  • @LovePurplePants you have to get the glossy type krylon or rustolium be good

  • @LovePurplePants most say to use montana spray bcause its more for spraypainting

  • @LovePurplePants

ive been using krylon, but it seems like it dries wayyyy to fast unlike rustolium i bet wouldnt. so im gonna try that next. + most painters ive seen use rustolium

  • @SuperKevinnn7 use colorplace! thats wat i use 4 my paintings! u can get it at wallmart there only 96 cents very good paint 4 a very low price

  • @mrduckling12345

and i will work like the paint in this vid? cause krylon drys sooo fast lol

  • @SuperKevinnn7 yea it will work jst like this i do stuff like this all the time n i t works perfect!

  • it looks awesome except for the bloody cliff on the side. wtf it looks like mouldie sandwich in an ocean.

  • I've been trying to do this on different papers and canvases.

Glossy posterboard produces, by far, the best results!

  • magnifico.

  • keep it up

  • whats B&W????

  • black and white

  • The paper you can use is photo quality paper for printer, the most glossy you can find (there are different types of phototgrpy paper for printer divided in groups, from the less glossy to the most)

  • you got mad skills man...........masterpiece right ther

  • Awesome. What Kind Of Material Of Paper Did You Use?

  • its just the glossy side of posterboard

  • i tried that but all it does is smudge

  • ghostliner brand or anything that is glossy or you can make glossy

  • hey can u plz tell me that on which material do you do this spray paint ...is it paper or metal sheet?????????????
