You know!! what is accomplished with all of this testosterone gone berserk nuclear arms race that was going on at that time?? Do any of these generals and cia wonks and government hacks ever sit down and REALLY REALLY think about what they are considering?? What policy is worth annihilating millions of people over? Both countries incinerated and the politicians emerge from blast bunkers to a waste land of death saying "Yeah but we sure showed them didn't we" Certifiable psychosis!!
