  • this was a perfect example of when you thought you heard it all from queen in the 70 s they came out with this masterpiece. they were great

  • Queens like meth ITS SO FRKIN ADDICTIN :D

  • That is the beautifulst sound i have ever heard in my entire life....

  • I actually prefer Brian singing certain songs, such as '39, Leaving Home Ain't Easy, and Too Much Love Will Kill You. (Brian's version appears on his solo album Back To The Light) Of course i adore Freddie, and i think he had probably the most perfect voice ever. But Brian's voice has a sensitive, soulful, sentimental quality that suits those songs beautifully.

  • BRIAN MAY, simply the best!

  • who cares if its stolen this is a beautiful song and it really makes you think what other people feel like them getting off a spaceship and their wives and children being dead...

  • I like the live version of this with Freddie singing better.

  • i heard sonmeone say this is a rip-off of a Dylan-song, can't remember which one though. Anyone if it's true and which song?

Like this one though, this and Long away are two of Brian's most underrated, and it fits perfectly on A night at the opera

  • i heard some one say lol,

    dont talk crap, its original,

    bob dylan my arse lol,

even if you have no musical history knowledge you can disearn by the fact that their is a melody in the song that dylan didnt write it lol, his songs were very fragmented and off beat,

quite good if you ask me but deifinatlely not melodic.

  • Yes, Brian stole the melody from Dylan's "When the ship comes in".

  • An underrated song.

  • wouldent ya just imagine that since brian may worte this lovley, prettie song that it would be about space & astronauts lol

& im not kidding it really is

  • no it ain't

  • I love Roger's high pitched vocals. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

  • is amazing isn´t?

  • yeah xD

  • Written by Brian for Brian :)

  • i guess thats why it sounds better when brian sings it rather than freddie.. xx

  • Queen are fucking Gods.

    Long live Freddie.

    Long live Brian.

    Long live John.

    Long live Roger.

  • here here xx

  • Long Live Freddie's Spirit

  • Agreed but uh, Brian May sang and wrote this song.

    (Queen's lead guitarist)

  • I know, I was replying to another comment (but youtube fucked up again)

  • This song is so great, it's just one of those that you automacilly start singing along to when you hear it.

    Love it.

  • @HtnDuck My fav all the time by Queen

  • maravilloso, no tengo palabras

  • absolutely, toally agree

  • Brian is such a sweetheart

  • he is isnt he?? just like on all dead all dead.. so sweet and innocent.. nd written for his cat!! nd i love the whole story line for tis song too.. xx

  • Written for brian's cat? that's cute

  • i know!! he's so sweet.. if only there were more like him.. :D xx

  • yeah, xxQuenRulesxx, I thin so... This world would be better... =3

  • VERY FUNNY!

  • this song and many others are great! thats when you kno that they were genius starting back in the 70s

I love Queen no band is better!!!!

  • i can already see brian play guitar with a cowboy hat and tapping his clogs on the ground while he's playing guitar. XD

  • yeah, that would be cool XD

  • i wish i got to see these guys live but sadly i was not born yet. these guys are the best!

  • Counting the original songs from Keep Yourself alive to this (the 5th track on ANATO) is 39 songs! Really

  • I'm gonna have to go count that now..

  • I swear. But it's just the original tracks. None of the Hollywood bonus tracks or anything like that (so, minus "Mad The Swine", Keep Yourself Alive (Retake), Liar (1991 Remix), See What A Fool I've Been, Ogre Battle (1991 Remix), Seven Seas Of Rhye (1991 Remix), Stone Cold Crazy (1991 Remix))

  • :O You're right!! How strange.. I wonder if they meant that to happen or it's a coincidence.

  • Definitely something to think about...

I'm not really sure whether it was intentional or not.

    o_O

  • Muy buen video.

    Grande Queen

    Queen and Freddie Mercury Live!

  • brian is so sweet

  • lovely song...

  • I agree! I especially love Brian's songs. They are so poetic...

  • Formidável!!!!

    Clap, clap, clap, clap.....

  • Great Song!... I love it...

  • Roger taylor could really hit those high notes

  • never ever forget this melody...awesome

  • It's amazing that all the members of queen had such varied interests in things, and could even write songs about them. Brain and space, roger and cars. That kinda thing.

  • This great song was meant for Brian`s voice, don`t get me wrong Freddie made it GREAT but it suits Brian`s voice ten times better like some said here

  • Great Music!

    Monster!

  • and the harmonies, with just brian...if you guys get me...he has SO much...um...tone in his voice and so many ranges! his voice basically sends me to sleep! so calming and soft... XD xxx

  • you can't beat brian, freddie or roger! (never jeard deaky sing, so i would never know! but i bet you can't beat him, either!) all in all, a great band and deserve to be credited even today! XD

  • I prefer Brian, I prefer Freddie, Freddie is great, Brian sucks, Brian is great, Freddie sucks, Brian is better, Freddie is better, Freddie is ok but Brian is God, Brian is ok but Freddie is God, Brian is a better writer but not so good performing, Freddie is a better writer but Brian is a better performer, etc, etc, etc!!! Don't you guys get tired of this Bartsimpsonesque mantra??!!

  • YES. Thank god for people like you!

  • However...THIS PARTICULAR song does suit Brian's voice the best. But HEAVEN forbid that I'll compare their singing capabilities on a general basis.

  • i agree with you all the way! i LOVE them all equally! they are all gods, all brilliant writers/performers! they can't go wrong! XD xxx

  • brian is awesome

  • Great song

  • Great song. Brian is an awesome singer. (Although no one can beat Freddie!)

  • Brian's good, but no Freddie.

  • My fav Queen song! I just love the choruses and arrangements... Awesome.

  • i love it! brian is so great!

  • Yes, it`s very good, but I prefer live perfomance with Freddie voice

  • I actually thought it didn't fit Freddie's voice. It wasn't bad by any means, but written by Brian to fit Brian.

  • i definitley agrre with you on that one!

  • it doesn't fit Freddy. Brian is a folk singer. He sounds like Martin Carthy this is a folksong.

  • Brian é muuuito fudidooo!!!

  • brian has such a great voice

  • LOVE THAT SONG. WOW

  • Brian does this so fucking good! omg

  • lol
