Good attempt, all things considered. One word of advice though, don't switch to the guitar riff as the song loses its momentum. Just keep plodding away on that G and listen for the changes that Roger Glover plays during the guitar solo. Keep the groove. Good on ya!

Anyway, definitelly find a good teacher if you didnt do so. You have to (if you want be good player and I believe you want to improve your skills) learn the true right hand technique, play middle - index, not index - middle, as a left hand, learn right positioning - contrabass and guitar positioning.
