  • me:sniff

    navi:hey listen!

me:(punches navi in the face..if navi has a face)

  • i know you have read this comment a thousand times but damn, old games and old days, i just want to cry.

  • Lately Zelda is all that I can think about. I play this song everywhere I go, on my clarinet, on my piano and in a week on my ocarina :D

  • @Pikahu37 wish i was as talented as you to play it on various instruments T^T cant wait to get my violin fixed so i can play these and feel happy ~ seriously loving the music <3 its so beautiful ne~

  • @ichibanbattosai Thank you •u• You play violin, that's awesome! I used to play violin, but my schedule got so hectic that I had to stop. I wish that I could hear you play this song on your violin, that would be really cool :D

  • Such a beautiful rendition of this already wonderful classic song ^_^ I love orchestra

  • 38 people quit when they met Navi

  • @Shaggyx93 That's why I stick to nintendo!

  • Every time I play this game i always end up finding something else I didn't know before...

  • theres jus something in old games new ones can't ever replace

  • Mind checking out my video? Really would appreciate it!

  • This song is the innocence of childhood, the excitement id get from every new day, and the hiiigh hopes for the future.. poor little me would be so disappointed in who i am now.

  • This brings back so much fun times in my life when me and my brother would play this game together...

  • I miss those days...The days when nothing mattered. There was no stress, no pressure. I miss my playing this game as a little kid, not having to worry, " oh crap I have to do homeowrk soon, or I have work in a couple hours". It was just, freedom.

  • Well said Shaggyx93 (sniff) =(

  • what did they do to games.. call of duty.. halo.. all these army games with explosions and guns.. What happened to the kid that wakes up in a beautiful world and just.. well there isn't even a word for how amazing the music is.. When I listen to this I sort of want to put myself in the world of Zelda. This game is a huge part of my life.. and I'm not surprised to see so many share the same opinion.. Zelda, my childhood. Zelda, my goodness....

Sadly I dont think anything can beat it :(

  • @Shaggyx93 Halo isn't the problem, at least it innovated gaming in a lot of ways, but yeah I do agree with you they need to make more games like these.

  • @Shaggyx93 I don't have any more words, you said it all beautifully, how touching. I hope my son learn this too, he's just a newborn now.

  • @Shaggyx93 I want to live in Hyrule... My bff and I write crap like that... =3

  • God.. Even a 17 year old like myself remembers playing Ocarina of Time as a kid... Where the hell did landmark games like this go? It brings me to tears..

  • @xxSakkybooxx2 Same here bro. Played this game at the age of 4 and even now that I'm 17 it's still an amazing game compared to others today.

  • The violin part just broke me down into tears. This game changed all our lives for ever :)

  • The tempo on this is just fucking wrong. Why did they hurry it?

  • @eeresponsible dude you have anger issues. i know it's Zelda music and everything butt do u really need to square?

  • I hear this and I'm home.

  • I WANT THIS PLAYED AT MY WEDDING!!! but i'm still not ready for that......

  • @malon1218

The 25th Anniversary Fairy Fountain Theme from The Legend of Zelda is also a good one to play at a wedding.

  • this was the very first game i ever played and i was like 3 or 4 when i first played it

  • @HUNKIECHUNKIEMONKIE1 I know it wasnt the first I meant it was the firat obe I played

  • I fav'd it before it even started :D

  • My Dad taught me well.........Showed me how to love Legend of zelda first game ever was Ocarina of time N64

  • @Dragonfangg That's not the first game ever, that was the first 3D Zelda game, but the first Legend of Zelda game came out on the NES and had a sequel too.

  • every time i hear this song

    EVERY TIME

    i tear up

    not cool, man

  • Zelda will always have a place in my heart! <3

  • Every time i have a bad day, i drift away to this beautiful song because it's nostalgic and when i go back to playing Legend of Zelda, it's the only time i can reach that hidden sanction in my mind and feel like i've truly fallen from the face of the Earth. Then when it's at the peak at the end i come back to my body instantly feeling greater like Link after his first treasure is found. Safely said that i truly love this song with a passion

  • i love zelda music so much. the songs are so awesome

  • Ahhhhh, you feel those chills? yeah, me too

  • When I hear this song, I remember my first experience when I played Ocarina Of Time, literally the first game I fell in love with, it taught that life was and is an adventure; that there was something positive to find and gain. The Legend of Zelda series acted as a guide to thinking and feeling with the heart, and personally Ocarina of Time, was the fiber to my being, it made me who I am. It made me happy.

  • I don't understand the dislikes. How the hell did you run across this if you don't want to watch it?

  • As I always said: There will be not another game as Zelda: OoT. And there will be not another game as good as Zelda: OoT.

    :')

  • What is the instrument at the beginning? It is beautiful..

  • @kekahkooproductions Well, there's the harp, obviously. But the first wind instrument playing the Melody sounds like an English Horn

  • @RemiBrawler Okay, thank you!

  • This is only one of many reasons why an imagination is a beautiful thing. You can go on adventures, meet new people, and do amazing things that you'd never do in the real world. Without the Legend of Zelda, I don't know what my life would have been like.

  • @PSspecialist Preach it brother !

  • I hate it when people say Koji Kondo is "awesome for a video game music composer" Go to hell people! He is better than beethoven and mozart COMBINED! Video game music is better than most of the crap the music industry makes today. Video games are officially art now! DEAL WITH IT!

  • Playing zelda games makes me wish I had amnesia. then every game would blow my mind equally as much whenever I decided to replay it for the first time. Make sense? I think so. God I love this game/music

  • @dacdog114 I totally understand. Sometimes I feel like the games I played as a kid maybe weren't as great as I remember them. Maybe it's just that feeling

  • And this is why I'm a zelda fan.

  • Backwards=skyward sword theme

  • I would love to play this game once more without knowing what´s next.

  • I wish I could like this video more than once....

  • I will have this music in dreams.... SO BEAUTIFUH!!!!

  • The begining is so beautiful.. I wish I could listening to this with him... :(

  • This is game is my life... seriously you can ask anyone

  • @spanishqueen19 Shame I can't like this comment more than once

  • @spanishqueen19 It isn't obvious enough? It's Zelda for gods sake.

  • I want to dance to this at my wedding :D

  • My ultimate dream is to have me and my future wife's first dance to this at my wedding.

  • COD - Mindless shooting people, no storyline, unoriginal.

Halo - More original, decent storyline, still a lot of mindless shooting.

Zelda - Original, full of plot twists and turns, complex characters, beautiful music, quite simply, full of win.

  • @blissisbliss

Well, Halo does have some pretty kick ass music, but Zelda trumps Halo still in everyway.

  • @HCadrenaline try telling that to my brother, he is a Halo freak!!!

  • @blissisbliss COD has a storyline. it's decently complicated and pretty good. and I hate COD. but don't get me wrong. you can't even compare Zelda and COD. Zelda wins by faaar

  • @blissisbliss I used to play zelda and loved it, but i also like to play COD... you can not compare these games. it's like compaing football and reading a book.. both is fun.

  • @Gruenkreuz100 But only one is an intellectually enriching experience.

  • @Skrallizar those are my two favorite game series. im 14, and in school people talk about COD and Halo, but i just give them funny looks, because those games SUCK. one kid tried beating oot forest temple when we got into an argument and i challenged hhim to it, and in 3 weeks he got NOWHERE. not only are these games great but hard, too.

  • the Sauce Boss!

  • My favorite...

  • Pure... beauty. Quite in it's peak.

Nostalgia... 38 heartless people dislike this. How...

horrible... Please... May god have mercy on these poor people.

  • Man, Koji Kondo is such a great composer. Simple yet elegant, timeless pieces of music. Truly great, not just "great for a video game composer."

  • I was little when i heard this when the game ended and was crying so now everytime... gah... a tear in my eye

  • @malon1218 I'd say HE'S the lucky one!

  • I LOVE ZELDA, as i grew up. she sometimes is the only thing i hold on to in life. becuz this story this piece of art. go's true the childhood with friends in my heart. so beautiful. god i wish i was 11 again.

  • you know you have a masterpiece when you can play it backwards and still be gorgeous!!

  • what puzzles me is how this was not on the 25th anniversary soundtrack that came with skyward sword =/

  • @eggroll209 The skyward sword soundtrack was fully orchestrated, though. That's a first for any Zelda game.

  • @eggroll209 It was though! In the SS theme! Just backwards ;)

  • this song gives peace to my mind =)

  • this song gives me chills

  • Every time I hear this...I am a little boy again playing Ocarina of Time on my N64. The good 'ole days

  • this is so beautiful it has all the needs to be a great theme for love, life, and death. :3

  • I hope my future husband loves Zelda as much as I do.

  • @theprincessofpain did you say "Loves Zelda?" *smiles*

  • i cant describe this with WORDS.

  • I want this song played in my funeral.

  • i wan this to be played at my wedding

  • When i die...i want this to play...

  • i dunno why but this makes me sleepy

  • @Mackenziemcewentv thats a lullaby for ya.. :P

  • Oh great. Now I'm obbessed with Zelda again... <3

  • very good song and this brings me memories of my childhood ... I wish if I had to ocarina of time, P

  • Those who dont play dont understand. Its not a game, its a lifestyle.

  • @twilight9197 Exactly. Gaming is an art form. A lifestyle. Society just doesn't accept it.

  • @twilight9197 Thank you

  • @twilight9197 totally correct

  • @twilight9197 Amen

  • My friend told me she thought Zelda's Lullaby was weird.

    I hurt her bad.

Haha, Just kidding. She's dead. ( She did say zeldas lullaby sucked. ) >:(

  • Because many games are good. But only one is a legend, with legendary songs like this one.

  • perfect drawing music

  • una muy buena cancion me trae biejos recuerdos :) pero todos ellos muy buenos

  • Wow! I like the ending.

  • I didn't want cry...

  • Wow. This is one of the rare music that gives me chills every 20 seconds.

  • @IchiSumeragi Every 10 seconds for me

  • @herofromthedark It makes perfect sense, biologically. When people feel sad, our bodies release a chemical that creates a "warm, comforting" feeling. That's why people listen to and enjoy sad music--they literally get comfort from it. The more you know!

  • I know this is a lullaby, but it sounds more sad to me than comforting.

Well, that's not entirely true... it's sad, but it's... comforting BECAUSE of that. Does that make sense?

  • 37 people slept in the chainber of sages too long. :D

  • They should remake the adventure of link for the Wii

  • 36 people can go die in a hole

  • ONE WORD....EPIC

  • @br1mstone666 You think this is epic? Ha!!! What about this?

    /watch?v=LRLdhFVzqt4&feature=BFa&list=PL4C2D89EB193872B6&lf=mh_lolz

    Or this?

    /watch?v=44zcwho3agE&feature=BFa&list=PL4C2D89EB193872B6&lf=mh_lolz

  • @br1mstone666 You think this is epic???

    /watch?v=44zcwho3agE&feature=BFa&list=PL4C2D89EB193872B6&lf=mh_lolz

    /watch?v=LRLdhFVzqt4&feature=BFa&list=PL4C2D89EB193872B6&lf=mh_lolz

    What about these?

  • Just beautiful... just magic... and those people that didn't like this is because they have no soul.

  • did anybody know that that the legend of zelda seris is in the video gaming hall of fame!!!

  • my mom still has an old Nintendo but it doesn't work :_( i wanted to play Zelda

  • @oXAlexAngelXo do you have a wii? if you do buy it on that!

  • @zlachlan13 they have Zelda on wii?

  • @oXAlexAngelXo yeah i have ocarina of time and majoras mask on it buy it from the wii store and use a classic controller or gamecube controller

  • Remember when you were the only one to fix your own nintendo? your friends would try to do it and your like that's not how you do it! you have to slide it to the edge near the right! Haha old times.

  • i use this (and chugaa videos) to get my baby cousins to sleep :)

  • Oh my goodness, I think I just shit a brick. House.

  • superbe!!!

  • this was the most wonderful 3 minutes and 16 seconds of my life. And now it's about to become 6 minutes and 23 seconds of pure joy.

  • NINTENDO! Remake Ocarina of Time again. This time with orchestred music!

  • I no joke almost fell asleep through that since it was so perfect.

  • I told my older brother I wanted "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" for Christmas because when we were younger, I would watch him play it for hours on end, now I want the chance to experience the epicness of this game. Thanks bro for making one of my biggest wishes come true. ♥

  • @MorticiaAddamsFan13 You are so lucky, I'm the only one in the family that's even heard of the Zelda seireis....I only have two, but I'd trade 'em both for OoT! T_T

  • @icedude409

Well sucks for them! They won't be able to know the epicness that is this game! ♥

  • zelda ocarina of time is the most nastajic thing in the world to me and this tune makes me want to fall asleep

  • This song literally brought a tear to my eye. Beautiful.

  • Sounds like this song would be the credits of a zelda game.

  • I need to learn to play an ocarina so when I have kids, I can let this be their lullaby insted of the "rock a by baby on the tree top" crap. My future kids deserve more

  • @bose153 I actually play this song on ocarina for my sisters kids, and i must say, it knocks em out pretty fast, if played a bit slower, and on a tenor ocarina. my daughter is a bit to old for lullabies(13) but she still has me play it for her

  • ahhhhhh my gawwwwwwwwwwwwwwd

  • Anyone know where I could download this version of Zelda's Lullaby. Its fantastic

  • @chrisoates1001 You could try Mediafire. Just copy the link and it converts into MP3.

  • Listening to this song...this is the perfect lullaby for when I have a child one day...so beautiful...thumbs up if you agree :'( I'm already in tears bc of how beautiful this melody is

  • The Legend of Zelda truly has a beautiful touch to its orchestra. ITs beauty is what we need today- music like this. Nintendo never talks about zelda - But they should, because this is what makes video games actually fun, musical, and beautiful.

  • zelda ocarina of time will always be my favorite game. i like this one science i was 4 years old

  • people, please tell me if you are also crying.

  • @thehylianguy pussy shit, crying to a song?

  • @TrollUrFaceIn This song is laike friggin awesome. I (we) zelda fans have a right to cry to this song. Im crying to ya know! ITS SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!! TTT.TTT

  • @Hiteklyn20 yes i know this song is great but and beautiful but... really? crying? thats a little bit going overboard, and im a huge zelda fan too...

  • @TrollUrFaceIn Well, some of us just cry. The game is epic, the music is friggin epic and everything is epic. i guess we love it too much. >w<

  • @TrollUrFaceIn by crying i dont mean screaming and everything just tears coming out reminding me of my childhood

  • @TrollUrFaceIn

Some people have hearts bigger than others.

  • @Hiteklyn20 From the way you write I'm going to assume you're still a little kid, if not then I advise going outside a bit more often, it's good for you.

  • @HardRuisu I prefer not. I would rather play LoZ. :)

  • @TrollUrFaceIn and i dont call you a pussy, thats just mean

  • @thehylianguy i am, this song is beautiful and brings back so many memories T_T

  • damn nostalgia. gets me every time. i keep listening to these songs and wishing i could go play all the zelda games but damn college and life keep getting in the way wtf. I wish my life could just consist of playing zelda games like back in middle school. life would be so much easier

  • Beautiful, absolutely beautiful! I nearly shed a tear with memories of these wonderful legends.

  • 34 people couldnt get past the guards to meet zelda

  • I'm 21 years old, and I still love and cherish LOZ as much as I did when I first started playing the games, age 5. No other game, book or film has had a greater impact on my life then Zelda. I can't express my feelings and thanks enough to Miyamoto for creating such a beautiful series. I even have the Hylian crest tattooed to always remind me of my childhood. long live the zelda franchise! ^__^

  • FOUND IT!

  • And on this day, a manly tear was given.

  • nothing can ever change this game or compair to it

  • one of the greatest games ever made, all time favorite and my childhood... Zelda ocarina Of Time

  • I want this song at my funeral...

  • Goosebumps all over mah body

  • Robin Williams probably never slept when skyward sword came out.

  • As haunting as it is soothing, Zelda’s Lullaby is famous for its ability to unite the gamer with the world they are defending. Hylains, Gorons, Zoras, and Great Fairies answer to anyone who plays the tune as if it were a unifying cry of hope. After Ganon's invasion and overthrow of the crown, the song almost becomes a relic of a lost monarchy. This song is the greatest example of a character motif in gaming, and has become synonymous with the Triforce of Wisom’s bearer.
