Does this case make the phone feel as sturdy as some of the phones with a higher quality feel, such as HTC? It annoys me how I spent quite a bit of money, on what I think is a great phone, but Samsung cheeped out on the casing...

If you're not familiar with OtterBox as a company and a brand, it would be better to take a look at their website and check around other various reviews and reviewers about their cases.

In general, they've definitely been around for some time now and make some quality cases. It would be hard for us to recommend anything else off the top of our heads other than the Commuter for the Vibrant at the moment.

Just got mine today. ITS HELLA AWESOME!!. Just make sure you know what your doing hwen inmstalling screen protector or get someone who doe sknow how to to do it. I messed mine up :D Just ordered one off ebay for $0.99 FREE SHIPPING haha.. case is worth it.. get one off ebay though.. i saved 10 bucks,

Yes this does fix on the galaxy s 4g. If you notice in the video there is a cut for the front facing camera. My guess is this case was made for the galaxy s line that was available over seas before the vibrant was released in the US (i9000) that specific model had a front camera. I did buy this case and it fits perfectly on my 4g

Unfortunately it may not - as Otterbox makes specific cases for a phone model and releases them as such. Although it may appear to fit the overall frame, certain cut-outs for buttons and sensors may not be in all the appropriate places for another phone model.

the dust cover for my headphone jack does not come open as easily as yours

If you're sure it's installed correctly and it appears to be a case problem, you should contact Otterbox customer care.  It might be a defect - and they'll be glad to swap it for you.

@DayDealOnDisplay No, I meant the only downfall to your review was that the headphone jack dust cover seems to "pop" up easily when you graze it. Mine is really flush with the hard case and there is no way it would "pop" up by brushing on something. Yours might be defective, It might be too late but you should get yours swapped.
