  • Such a great duo, these two, on film, and it seems in real life. Loved this movie and treasure the soundtrack, it truly elevates the movie to what it aspires to be. Warren Beatty is a superb filmmaker and actor, his earlier work is the stuff of legends (Reds, Bonnie & Clyde, Shampoo), but Annette is an all-time talent and beauty. I wouldn't take any female actress alive today over her. Yes, I know, Streep is still out there, but Benning, Jessica Lange and Kate Blanchett top my list.

  • This movie is one of my favorites in my collection.

  • this movie so beautiful is very , very espectacular

  • Awwwwww! I want this kind of love...totally passionate, truly written in the stars...nothing can impede them to love one another, no matter what...<3

  • Warren & especially Annette's banter and chemistry is lovely to watch here. And I love the updated staging of the "Empire State Building" speech with the tower neatly centered in the window. Just lovely.

  • I think, this film was very good and Annette was especially beautiful, I'll see this once again!

  • thanks for the sub.vids!!!

  • I ll be there too! and I also like kids!lol

  • This can't touch the original version (1939) with Charles Boyer and Irene Dunne. That is a true gem.

  • you're kidding right? are you 70 years old or do you just really like that really bad 1930's overacting with the really corny soundtrack. i'm not being mean and i respect your opinion, i'm just asking b/c i strenuously disagree with you.

  • Are you kidding or do you really feel you need to ask permission to disagree with someone? No matter what age we are (even "70") we all have our likes and dislikes. And I think it's all going to be alright, don't you? As per oppinions I think it's cheesy to take someone else's film and try to make it "new" as in this embarassing, drippy remake. Even the great Kate Hepburn looks embarassed to be in it. (No offense to you or Kate Hepburn for your choices in movies).

  • I agree with 3investigators, The original (1939) is still the best ! Grant and Kerr also did an excellent job in the 1950's remake. This is not as bad an effort by Annette and Warren as many critics have said but it's clearly can't touch the first (1939) version.

  • this was the best soundtrack. Morricone.

  • has anyone posted this movie on youtube? please send me a message for the link! I love this movie

  • Reminds me of a true classic love story..
