It's clear that the commercial was saying that the people on the escalator would not move (a.k.a. being lazy and unhealthy) and Becel is trying to say that they are the better alternative to butter. And if Ellen really looked into is she would know that Becel is more popular than her American version of it called Promise since Becel is in a bunch of countries not just Canada. Go Canada.
