Could use less production/hype and more substance. You need more influences than just Madonna and whatever dance tune was hip 5 years ago.
Get some real musicians and do something real. Amy Winehouses band would probably really dig having a sober front woman for a change. This whole thing has been done hon. best of luck anyway.
