This is about the boy and the dragon's relationship which grows with time. Yet, the villagers want the dragon dead. So, it is a love story where the boy must destroy the dragon. Hence, the lyrics... it is a goodbye.

In 1997 a girl called lauren was walikng in a forest and then a she just dissapeared no one ever found her untill 2000 when a yoing girl called Mary found her body and markings on her chest saying: I wasnt pretty enough" and now you have read this she will appear in your mirror saying your not pretty enough and kill you. by the way the girl called mary died shortly after.

The dragons don't have nothing to do with the song. I think there's a mistake in the lyrics you should check it.I love this song too much.

I know where your coming from.Dragons? Maybe the guy loves dragons like he likes this song. The story goes. Its a guy and a girl. Black and white, or sepia toned. Its dark and it looks like rain, and the wind is blowing, like its the end of the world. Apparently this guy likes dragons. I don't see the connection. Uhh... there must be some abstract thing going on here, that I am totally missing.Anyway, life goes on.
