I remember watching this in theaters the weekend it came out. The whole theater was just DEAD SILENT after this scene, you could hear a pin drop (I know theaters are generally quiet but you really had to be there). Everyone was just in disbelief at the stupidity of what they just saw. My friend looked at me and asked "Did they really just fucking do that?". It was by far one of dumbest movie scenes I've ever witnessed and something I'll never forget. Who ever wrote this should be fired.
