@piofol What is that an argument in favor of? What does being 12 have to do with anything other than saying 'opinion does not matter'? Is this another weak attempt at an appeal to the 'childhood nostalgia' argument because you used pleasant memories of Jason Statham to block out the trauma of being molested by some family member? You know they say 12 is a critical age, worst one to get raped at. I think we know 2 things now, you need therapy for your trauma, and that rape is no laughing matter.
When I saw this I stopped watching this movie, what a stupid guy to think in a scene like that? I mean, who imagined he'd look at the crane and think "My way out, easy greasy!"
according to my physics the car would have a hole in its chasis and flip forward on its roof followed by an explosion lol and even if part of it was possible it wouldnt of made the landing intacted like that more like shatter to pieces but i guess they put it in there to wow all the 8 year olds
I remember watching this in theaters the weekend it came out. The whole theater was just DEAD SILENT after this scene, you could hear a pin drop (I know theaters are generally quiet but you really had to be there). Everyone was just in disbelief at the stupidity of what they just saw. My friend looked at me and asked "Did they really just fucking do that?". It was by far one of dumbest movie scenes I've ever witnessed and something I'll never forget. Who ever wrote this should be fired.
an incredibly stupid sequence? people who thought this movie was serious are fools, it's pretty evident, from the first scenes of the first movie that theres alot of humor to it
You know what would have made this scene amazing? If he missed and the shit hooked his axle leaving him hanging up there like a dumbass who then explodes.
this was the scene that made me turn off the movie and added jason statham to my steven seagal list for funny ass action guys who think they are tough movies.
@NiuImage77 Thank You. For years I've been kavetching about how retarded this scene was. This one scene makes the entire run of both Dukes of Hazard and Knight Rider plausible.
It was so bad it's good.
