i had this phone for 2 weeks and had to return it. The phone itself is great but the service coverage is ridiculously pathetic. text messages are delayed sometimes up to for 3 hours, people cannot get a hold of me, and customer service really is bad. I know its just not me because my other friends have nextel and they too have poor service. I switched back to verizon wireless. The plans might be more expensive but i trust verizon. the phone itself however is just as any blacknerry, great!

i just got the phone it sucks the web browser sucks i got ic902 too and honestly this phone is not that good i cant send not sms message i dont even have that option i cant send any or recieve any messages ,i had to take out the battery like 10 times to get the phone going the voice networks sounds horrible this phone suck im going back to my flip phone the only thing bout this is the media player sounds great good going nextel you made a great mp3 player

if you like to browser the wab like i do. the 8350i blackberry is "NOT" the phone for you. the the blackberry Web browser "DO" not work on nextel's out date system. so i could not get youtube to work and yahoo, or myspace to work right. what i find out is the Web browser is the same on my ic902 nextel. i got it today and im sending it back and going back to my ic902
