long board, NOT skateboard, i paused quickly and it definitely looked like a long board plus they are more stable of course than a skateboard, a skateboard at that speed would be IMPOSSIBLE to keep stable, a VERY small shift in weight will instantly cause a wobble and wobble very shortly to stack = probably death :S
