Have a fabulous vacation Char...Lord knows you deserve some time away from your regular schedule. Take loads of photos & footage of the lake & mountains & load em up when you're safely back home. :)) Oh...according to news reports online, it's a forest fire and the peat in the burning soil is probably what's making the thick smoke & strange smell. Your vacation sounds wonderful and like it's going to be in a beautiful spot. I've always thought vacationing in the mountains by a lake would be a bit of heaven.

Wow, the flying chair, lol. That must have been some kind of air current or bump that sent it sailing. I've seen those couches and the center sections are usually larger and heavier than most chairs. I think you handled the situation really well. I would have been beyond myself, haha.

I tell ya what I freaked for a few seconds and said you got to get your crap together girl. I couldn't breath because the smoke was so bad here and to carry that thing was terrible. But we managed it some how. Good thing my son is a big 12 year old. :)
