man that hurts, i do backflips and never done that before. For 1, i would have just flipped over all the way instead tried to save it. You can save and underrotated backflip. And you surely knew wherent going fast enough to over rate. in other words you can always slow down but not speed up. i dont know what he was thinking. i would kept the rotation going. he would have landed low but still, on your knees, ouch!
