@Welshy86 Load masters are mostly responsible for supervising of the load according to the load plan. Most of the people doing the work are Aerial Port Specialists. Port Dawgs -From 7 Level Aerial Porter.
@Welshy86 Actually they are Traffic techs (the guys with the red patch on their arm) working in a MAMS (Mobile Air Movements Sections) team. Loadmasters are also traffic tech that have received additional training to be part of aircrew and fly with the C17, C130 or C150

We can go from an Air Force base working on planes, with passengers etc, to an another places where you may spend time in the field, setting up rail moves, shipping/receiving etc. There is a lot of variety in our trade which is nice. With us to become a loadie you have to be QL5 qualified traffic tech (equal to a journeyman) and do some medicals, basic sere etc before even being selected for loadmaster. It's a lot of business.
Aerial Port Specialist. The USAF specialty code is 2T2X1. I'm pretty sure Canada uses the same standards and training so if you look it up you can find out how to get into that job.
The CF trade is Traffic Tech. We're a little different in how we operate from the USAF. I know our trade is a number of different trades combined in the USAF. While speaking with some USAF members overseas they were amazed that our guys build up the cargo, load it and drive the vehicles to do the job as well.
That's the Canadian designation for this aircraft. Being that this is a Canadian owned model it is the correct name for the aircraft. I appreciate the input though.

That's because you can only transfer to it from another job in the Canadian Forces. In other words you must join as another trade and you must apply for an occupational transfer to be in that trade.
I wanna apply for avionics engineer of Bell helicopter canada.........and there's no such job post on website.....sigh, a friend of mine who grad. 2 yrs ago, he got in as an avionics engineer...
