Hi. I enjoyed your no-nonsense attitude in the video. I really believe that more reps would stay with the company if there were, in general, better mentorships. The big money is in signing new reps, which is good. But a bonus program for keeping reps would be great too. 6 months - 50 bucks, etc, 9 months 75 - a shift in focus from corporate would cause a shift in focus downline, as well.
@2010zeva Anyone can make a nice up 20%- 50% commission on just selling products as a rep or they can add leadership and work the business like I do where I have made it my FT career being my own boss. Several ways to make money: Sales commission, Then if you choose to be a leader we have additional income from,sponsoring, mentoring, and advancement bonuses as well. The stakes now have been raised up to $5000 on just advancements.

We have to hold only ourselves accountable for our success. I personally do no have a upline so I have to rely on me and personal development and being around POSITIVE influences to make it happen. I'm a rep and my up line sucks - she says she's coming to help me and she doesn't show... She doesn't even call to say she's not coming. I'm thinking of quitting

@Mssaladhead In any business sometimes mishaps can happen, but it wont happen every order. In the 11 years I think one time I accidentally got someone else s box who lived near me I just called there number on the box and they came over and picked it up. The driver made the mistake. Human error ..Overall everything is great! I'm glad you love the products & Avon as much as I do ;)
I like AVON, it's just that the shipping really isn't that great, they switched my products with someone else's which made me really annoyed, but I still love Avon.
@michael09115 Same here, I got all of my area done and on the new book, still getting alright orders but on the third book, big freak out, hardly any orders. I may actually put a leaflet in with the book and put on it, "Why not give this book to your family and friends and if they want an order get them to give me a call?" This seems a good idea for big money!
Great video. I'm new. Only on 2nd campaign. I'm in hermitage Tn and I would love to get in on a customer search. I just dropped off 100 bags in my neighborhood with an intro letter. Praying this works!
@adidasjanet Canvassing is great & you plant seeds, however for NEW reps I dont recommend that you use your new books to do that. You must be gathering names and numbers and following up to build a customer base. 99% of yoru business is in the follow up reminder calls . If you do canvassing use OLDER or FREE leftover district books when they have them.

@CandiRain23 You can go out with your AVON upline or District Manager and do a FREE Avon Sampling Event OR go on a AVON Appreciation day event. To do that you go to a medical building or office complex and go into each one giving out your books and some samples. Of course you MUST get a Phone and contact of who to follow up with. I offer the office associate that does the helping a discount on her own Avon or freebies that I will throw into her bag. I also of course mention our Opportunity.
