we had a problem with mice in the house.. i would bring the cat in and he would kill 1 every now and again.. so one day i bring my dachshund in just to feed her and boy she goes to work.. she killed five of tme in a couple of hours.. KILLING SPREE..
naaaaaaw this reminds me of my two daushunds when they were younger!!! there sisters and they do EVERYTHING together including hunting so when one catches a rat the one that ctches it will throw it and the other will kill it. now there 13 but they took down a rat and about 12 mice this year (plus a hell of a load of lizards and birds when they were younger not any more though)

My Chocolate and Tan Doxie lives to kill backyard rodents! And she does the same thing with them, snaps their necks to kill them. Afterwards she's just so wild eyed excited you can't get her to settle down for at least 30 minutes! You have lovely dogs!
So the waiting IS the hardest part. God help any squirrel, possum, mole, mouse, or random squeak toy that finds its way into our backyard.
