@7Jesucristosetsufree My dear friend, nowhere in the Bible is it written Jesus is Buddha. However many of us believe both Christ, Buddha and many others have had similar experiences of reality. Buddha never claimed to be anything but a man. Buddha only ever claimed to see through the illusion of separateness - much as Christ did. I must say for someone who claims to follow the teachings of Jesus, one who taught "turn the other cheek" you certainly come across as someone very aggressive.

God loves everybody, thats why He died on the cross so people dont go to hell when they die or get deceive by the devil in this live. Many people's lives have been changed by Buddha & Lao Tzu & many other sages also; but these people would never consider their Path the only Path available. For to force one's reality onto another with the use of guilt, threat and the promise of great rewards for compliance, is the way of the fascist and MUST always be avoided. Most of us would rather be FREE to find our own way.

What you were saying in your description about activities serving as a state of meditation is very true; i remember when i was in college, one day i felt extremely frustrated and left as is the feeling would have just stayed with me for a long time; but i started drawing, and in less than four hours i felt entirely different, with no trace of frustration at all merely because of the activity, i promise you.

Thank you for sharing your story. A friend of mine is a mechanic and often meditates by cleaning his workshop floor. He does this by rhythmically spreading degreasing fluid with a broom. This seems reminiscent of a monk raking the sand of a Zen Buddhist garden. So it seems any non-cerebral action where ones mind can just zone out for a while is very therapeutic.

Jesus Christ is God himself. He created the light, and He is light. Jesus is the only way to be saved. Those other ways are false and they are bringing u to a place you dont wanna go HELL. And dont forget that the devil camoflage himself as an angel of light. So dont be stupid and repent of your sins and have security in your life and eternal life in heaven with the true God, Jesus the Saviour, Son of the Almighty God. Jesus loves you.

@7Jesucristosetsufree Indeed, Jesus was God and many Hindus would agree, for we are all manifestations of the great divine. For if God is what one calls the fundamental ground of all being, to see through the illusion of separateness is to understand we are all God in disguise. However its only enlightened beings such as Buddha, Lao Tzu and Jesus who were able to see it. The only hell is not seeing the unity that unites us all and getting angry when our silly ego can't exert it's will on others.

Hell as the so-called "good book" describes is not a hell that I fear, nor could I ever truly follow all of that book's teachings for many are contradicting. Tis' a shame that so many figures of power edited the story until the words were twisted to their liking, into the shapes of shackles for imprisoning the minds of their citizens. A lamb is easier to command than a lion.

@Mystrymeat The Catholic's now teach hell is not a place, but merely a metaphor for a life without Christ. As uncovered by Richard Dawkins, if the fire & brimstone concept is introduced to a child early enough; it is very difficult for even a highly rational person to overcome the idea of eternal torture. Normally people with this psychological damage would receive counselling; yet in our society this is perceived as acceptable & they are even encouraged to function in society on this premise.

@yinyangnature I'm a prime example of this, I went to Sunday school in my mother's church when I was three. I don't remember what they taught me, but my dad recalls me coming home and being scared stiff of satan. I kept asking questions about satan, and one day I saw some people digging a hole in the ground and I was afraid that they'd dig too far and they'd unleash all of the demons and unholy creatures of hell. Needless to say, learning such a concept early in life did me more harm than good.

@7Jesucristosetsufree Why do you assume I haven't read the Bible my friend? I was raised in a Christian culture and this was all I knew for the first 40 years of my life. It wasn't until I started learning about Eastern philosophy that I started to understand Christianity. We are only "sinners" because we are unable to see we are One with the entire universe that is the Great Creator. However, through meditation practices & prayer, we can again become One with the universe and the Great Divine.

I think the director or someone involved in the production figured that Caine should be part American, so that he would be both an outsider in American AND an outsider in China. He's a man who belongs nowhere, but he belongs to the world.

Bruce Lee could have done it, but it would not have been quite the same concept. David Carradine did fine, even if he was 0% Chinese.

Lee wouldn't have done half the job that David Carradine did for this role. Bruce Lee was a great martial artist but David was a much better actor hands down.

I think the world would be a much better place if everyone could recapture the wonder we had as children. To a child everyday is an adventure full of amazing discoveries. Enduring friendships can be forged in a few minutes, regardless of ethnicity, religion or socioeconomic circumstances. Yet as adults we choice to make life's simplest pleasures unnecessarily complex.

I'll also wait a bit till I try this technique of closing the eyes to "see" the target.

I think it does apply to golf, because it applies to everything...it is a "Zen" concept...meaning to act without thinking...but don't be fooled...the only way someone can acheive this is from practice, practice, practice....after much practice, you will just "do it"...like a reflex....
