@danielftc15 just export as collada (DAE) from quidam and thats it u just need to assign the material from where u save ur export . thats it . u have skin bones and texture no need that plugin im working that way . gd luck
@z3dron3 thanx for the help :) but how can i copy the editable spline three times for the shoulder in sub object mode so that they are automatically grouped ?
because in the video there is no description on how to do it.
i tried to manually group the splines but then the "Wire parameter" function is disabled.
I can not import qdm to 3d studio max ... tells me that the files are not compatible ... I need some plugin or something? answers please:)

to copy a spline :
In sub object, select, the spline mode.
select the spline. (click on it)
select the rotation tool
shift + rotate the spline 90° in one axis. (with angle snaping it's easyer)
repeat the last step on another axis.
You can manually "group" the spline, but not using "group", but using the ATTACH function in the editable spline rollout.
All this is only "cosmetics" in the tutorial, you can use a single "open" spline to control the shoulder if you want.

The sub object mode is where you can edit the "sub part" of any object in 3dsmax, like vertex, edge, polygons or elements for a polygonal object.
Select anything, then, on the right side of the interface, look for the "modify" panel (it's the second).
In the modify panel you can access to the sub-object of the current selection.
