I have a chromonica 3 (280 model) and have had several over the years. I much prefer the Super 64... It is worth a little more$. It is mych smoother and more airtight and the slide assembly is better.
ima big chromonica fan myself, i have a few of them, i like the hard bopper and mellow tone too alot, i have both, i have a chromonica 3 too, i want to buy a super 64 now, anyways, this is great video, my friend, very very good!!
Thanks Danny, I love both the HardBopper and Mellowtone ! They are both super harmonicas. They dont come in different keys however...The super 64 is very nice too ! Keep your eyes peeled. I am about to post a bunch more harmonica videos ......
Thanks Dave, I have been taking it very easy on the harmonetta because I dont want to wreck it....I guess I should hust go for it.....Harmonica things are made to wreck
I missed your reply yesterday because after leaving my comment I went and got out my chromatics!!! I will be leaving them on my coffee table and following your advice. Thanks for getting me started again!! By the way, I know what you mean about a sickness....I also have a few dozen diatonics.
I love the Hohner "Toots Mellowtone" and "HardBopper" however they only come in C key so I generally buy Hohner 270's. They are not quite as expensive and are really good harmonicas... In the Diatonic harmonica I usually buy Hohner "special 20's. I really love the new hohner "crossover" and the Suzuki "Overdrive" At one point or another I buy at least one of everything.....
Call it a sickness ;= ) A great harmonica really helps but almost anything will work.....(even a "marine band")
The Harmonetta is great for that..... It is kind of intimidating at first. One slight flaw with the instrument is that you can't really see the buttons when you are playing it so it is necessary to memorize the positions
Eccellente! Bravo!
