  • G E N I A L C A R T O O N!!!!

  • This was from the 70's? Wow,I remember watching this as a kid, on the 90's,and I never thought that it was so old.

  • @Mick11492 - Oh my god, yes JOTJ is that old. ..I remember watching it when I was 9 and now I'm almost 51.

  • @Barndancer61 Wow,amazing. I guess that back in the day, as a little child, I wasn't able to tell the difference between classic cartoons from the new ones based on things like the drawing style, hairdoes, music and humour, while now all these details seem quite obvious.

  • there was a live action clip of an old fashioned car jumping over a house on a ramp, two locomotives from the early nineteen hundreds in a head-on crash, and a guy on the hood of a stock car crashing through a flaming pane of glass. it lasted only a few seconds and was imposed where where the pink bird with the crazy eyes is placed.

  • keep it up, I've been on this kick all morning. just like when I was little. "Watch Out For That Tree......gotta love it

  • I loved the live-action movie with Brendan Frasier.

  • awk awk eek eek Tuki Tuki

  • The real GEORGE OF THA JUNGLE!

  • oh man i wish i still had the VHS' of this show, they were really rare to find

  • The new show was an embarrassment.

No one has the ending with the car that crashes just before George hits the tree?

  • This rocks. I just watched a fake one.. I guess it was for a remake or something.. it sucked. Everything was different. This is the real deal and it's great!

  • Jay ward kicks ass

  • the drums are fantastic....he is always well combed as Johnny Weissmuller (RIP)

  • Oh, how I miss the old series. Do you have the opening of his segment? That opening ended with Ape carrying him around.

  • The TRUE George of the Jungle. @#$% the remake.

  • Jajaja esta carícatura era muy cagada! ^_^

  • i born in 1969 i feel so good thanks for share

  • great cartoon.it was a tarzan rip-off but i loved it.

  • @SNAKEEYESSAM

Modest correction -- a parody is not a rip-off. Jay Ward Productions produced some of the most creative 'toons -- always smart with a soupcon of Jewish humor, and always funny.

  • the bass player is geezer butler

  • September 9 to December 30, 1967 ... to be exact.

  • Better than the remake.

  • awesome, the new one doesnt even compare with this classic

  • I remember watching Geroge of the Jungle and Fractured Fairy tales on saturdays

  • Thanks for posting.
