Capo is that thing that you put on the neck of your guitar to make the song higher, so its easier to sing, or thats the way the artist plays the song, or whatever the reason is.

He's using a spring loaded capo.. thus.. no way he can tighten the capo any more. It sounds fine to me, he has no string buzz which is the sign of a loose capo... If you're advising him in regards to his tuning. he sounds like he might have his D string a bit flat.
The only thing I thought that you shouldve done differently was to hold out the last words of a phrase longer like for example: Didn't have a camera by my side this tiiiiiiime. Hoping I would see the world through both my eyeeeeeeeeees. You sort of cut some of the notes too short.
