How to Motion Track Using Mocha and After Effects

Please help my tracking is nowhere close to where I tracked it in mocha, I need help respond please!

whenever i add a video through the project menu i dont get the footage. its just a white screen and if i hit play/pause nothing happens. help.

I have a problem. When I import my footage into mocha, it doesn't show the footage but just a white box with the aspects of the footage. What do I do???

@thomaswni convert your video to .mov not to .avi and it will work

not working. I am doing everything. Opening the file in Mocha, chosing my track points, copy to clip board and parenting to the Null oBJECT! I checked whether it had copied the data by clicking transform, I even rebooted my computer! Can someone help me????

@TOBBYBANANA if it won't import video clips then go in ae and export the clip as a jpeg sequence, then import the sequence. I have mocha and i can never use video clips in it.
