everyone says japanese dub is so much better and in some aspects it is but it shouldnt be freaking glorified it wasnt that much different, and voices are way better in english my point Greymon sounds like a badass!! in japan he sounded like a schoolgirl with a frog up her ass, the Japanese can't have masculine sounding voices it just doesnt happen that often

But from my point of view i find that the English version of Digimon sounds better and i don't feel this way for everything, Most anime i find to be crap if dubbed in English when it was superior in Japanese. So please don't burst when you can't comprehend what i mean. Also I'm quite sure this is canceled everywhere not just the in America.

@Stephano217 Sorry about my grammer im still learning how to write perfect english, but back in my hometown japan this series is still going it has a 6th season, and its extremely popular. My point being is that these voices are horrible why does every digimon sound compleatly diffent everytime they shinkai, 2 apprently they changed the music which was a terribble idea because BRAVEHEART and BUTTERFLY was a big part of digimon adventure, and 3 this should no be prasied given how bad this is.

@desdar100 I'm sorry I wasn't aware you weren't fluent in English well in general its fine just minor errors that can easily be fixed :) and i feel both dubs are good for their own reasons and idk i like the English music for the digivolutions better but as a theme song Braveheart is 10 times better so they both have their ups and down and i can definitely see where you are coming from. The English dub has errors in the speech and takes out words when the Japanese is true and correct.

@desdar100 Saban couldn't get the licenses for Braveheart and Butterfly, so they used their own tunes. Just FYI, not all dubs can keep the tunes from the original because of licensing issues.

Even so, I still do enjoy Saban's dub. It's not fantastic, but it's still better than 90% of anime dubs from the late-90's. That, and the dubbing also got better as the series went on...even with all the weird problems they were famous for.

@cluckingmad88 Personally, I think that's bullshit. Because in adventure and adventure 02 she's no more powerful than a rookie (except when she was working for myotismon). Also, I just think they made her champion because they did her digivolution wrong. Instead of saying "digivolve into champion" they said "digivolve into ultimate" just like how they accidentally said "warp digivolve" when angemon digivolved to magnaangemon.
