First you must activate 'Vehicle of death' cheat.Then you must destroy a car wıth Bazooka.After the explosion it will be explode agian.But before the second explosion you must get into the car and drive it very quickly.İf you stop the vehicle will explode

Thats beacuse you have the cut version of he game.You only can do this in uncut version

I know how to drive in a almost broken car(like in #8)but then without flying!

Go in a car after it exploded,but there still must be fire(like in #8)get in the car as quickly as possible and do the "health and armor are repaired" cheat.If you succeed,you'll be driving in a broken car!

i got one... im not sure if you can do it wherever, but i did it at the hospital in los santos...im just gpnna tell you exactly what i did...i respawned at the hospital after i died, and went and spawned a hunter in the intersection right there, then blew it up and died, but when i respawned again at that hospital, the traffic lights dissapeared from the intersection
