The 3rd Gen iPod Touch is ONLY available in 8, 32 and 64 gig sizes. There are iPod Classic models out there that now have 160 gigs of memory. As of right now (and quite likely for the next year or so) there is NOT a 120 gig iPod Touch being made by Apple. Since Apple normally releases new versions of the iPod in September each year, the next version will (probably) have a camera of some sort...but I highly doubt they'll go to 120 or 128 gigs. They'd be 600 bucks if they ever did.
