  • Thanks *O*

  • This is an art! The gentleman dances with the mop. Props.

  • She sounds like Tyrone (ala Dave Chapelle)

  • @jpppp3 That is the first. No I do not.

  • Does the wax smell?

  • @maikuumai It has a strong smell to it. But it does not STINK!!!!!!!

  • There You Go A little Slide show from my workplace. hope you enjoy .

  • @mkoost okay thanks

  • Today I\ll Make A short video Response, but its just gunna be pictures of what we did the past christmas holidays. okay. then maybe WHat we do during march break.

  • This Summer 2011 I will Post A video of striping and waxing, And what Materials and Machines we use.

  • @mkoost looking forward to watching your video.

  • maintenance professional ? hahaha he is just unskilled janitor so might as well call him what he is. A guy that cleans up after other people.

  • @001looker His name is " ERIC " my uncle. We have been doing this kinda of work for a very long time. The floors always look like glass when we are done. So!! maybe you should keep your rude comments to yourself.

  • @MissLadyBizz That is nice but you and your uncle Eric are still just janitors. You're doing basic manual labor that anyone can do. No you're not professional except in your head being that mopping floors is all you know how to do. I hope you enjoy making minimum wage as that is all your labor is worth.

  • @001looker First off you should learn how to talk. " Janitors " with an S on the end means more than 1 and there is only 1 person waxing the floor Duh!! Second we had to strip off all the wax with a machine in order for ERIC to wax the floor you DUMMY. Third if you don't understand what you're looking at ask questions or just stop looking at it. We have never work for minimum wages EVER!! My business is very successful, all my client's are happy with the work we do. DO NOT POST ANYMORE CRAP!!

  • @MissLadyBizz You're right you work for minimum wage +$1 so it's no longer minimum wage. Enjoy mopping the floors and calling it very successful business.

  • @001looker U R Now!! BLOCKED R.E.T.A.R.D!

  • Thanks 4 the advice *U* I will let ERIC know.

  • Helps when you leaving at least 5 inches of space from the wall for you frist coats, then on your last coats do the edges.. easier when stripping.

  • THIS IS FOCKING HILARIOUS

  • @ahfaxthis please do tell me. so i can crack TFU2

  • can you edit the rest of this one continuing from where he left off here. showing him finish just the first coat of wax. That would be great. thx

  • @TwentyGaugeTicket Hmm I will do my best. Almost every day I shoot 40+ videos

    and take over 400+ pictures.

  • Do you have any film on Eric waxing a complete room. I would like to see a wax job from start to finish. Thx

  • @TwentyGaugeTicket Yesssssssss I have video of Eric waxing the floor from start to finish. It was so long .... had to cut down the video. floor waxing takes hours.

  • What's he using to bring the shine up?

  • @bluebus270 we only use the most expensive wax. can't recall the name off hand

  • why is he waxing such large sections at a time? Bad form.

  • @solo2070 there is nothing wrong with he's form. maybe you need glasses

  • @MissLadyBizz Everywhere I have seen floor finish being applied (and it is a very large number of places) everyone lays finish in 100 to 300 sqf sections. Not a 1400 to 1600 sqf section. I am referring to applying finish around the perimeter of the whole room first. That will cause the floor finish to dry unevenly. ( I am eyeballing the room size he was in)

  • @solo2070 We know how it is DONE. Been doing this kinda work b4 u were born.

  • floor finish o sealer on walls and baseboards.. I never do that.

  • don't put wax on baseboards...bad work

  • @sanchez8644 nowhere near the baseboards the floor looked AMAZING!!

    put your glasses on.

  • @MissLadyBiz he put finish on the baseboards.

  • @sanchez8644 wax on baseboards

  • In the process of S&W, we of course spread stripper first, then we detail with handle blades and doodle bugs. Squeegee, then use the wet dry vac to suck everything up, then trashing the left over wax build up/gunk in corners and doorways (slush). Then we go through with mop/auto-scrubber with a neutral cleaner, like Damp mop and neutralize it. Let dry, then start wax coats. Usually 4-5 coats.

  • What is the name of wax you guys use on the floors you do? At the hospital I work at here in Nevada, we have been having trouble keeping the shine on our floors. We use a wax called signature, but it's like if you mop the floor with anything other than tap water, the shine comes right off. It could just be cheap wax.

  • QUASAR, Megastar Maximum there is another one cant think of the name.

  • Its called floor finish....not wax ...wax is a product U may use on cars....and it is soft paste like ....most floor finishes have a urathane base and dries hard...wax dries to a powder....then buffed to produce a gloss

  • work on getting your FACTS STRAIGHT.

  • @MissLadyBizz not wax anymore

  • jakkaka

  • That floor's gonna' look like GLASS when it's burnished!!

    I've found a good tip...

One needs no more than one, or maybe two coats near the baseboards because they're rarely walked on, and when recoating (without stripping) only put ONE on again. If the edges keep building up without being worn down they tend to really yellow near the edges...

    Just a thought...

We've found it to 'work for us!'

    thanks for the great video!!

  • Thanks for the advice. We just give a 100% with anything we do.

  • I wouldn't mind runnin' my own business, i have so much experience doin janitorial work.

  • go for do it!

  • why does he use that type of mop? we use nylon mops when we apply wax... just so there is no wax build up

  • never had a problem Thank You for the advice.

  • Tried shushing mom it does not WORK she just gets LOUDER.

  • shhhhhhhhhhhhh old ladie

  • Thanks for sharing-

  • anytime *O*

  • amazing is not the WORD.... the floor had a glass look.... I'm proud of myself and my family *(*

  • i bet that finished product was amazing...

  • Keep wax off the baseboards !!

  • We've never waxed any baseboards EVER. lol

  • it takes a little over 4 hours

  • that's a lot of floor is going to take a while.

  • You missed a very large part of the wax job...

  • What do you mean?
