Look, I'm reading all these gross comments about how Bailey deserves it, blah blah blah but everyone seems to be forgetting why they are so upset about it. Sarah's father is abusing his power and influence as an attorney to push Bailey into jail to keep him away from Sarah, when he would otherwise probably get off easier without facing jail time. What Sarah's father did is ILLEGAL!

Also... no one really goes to Jail for a first offense DUI - unless you flee or kill someone or it's a repeat dui. Worst that would happen with Bailey, who has no record is a slap and community service. The thing that's exacerbating this all is Sarah's father. I think.

it sucks, but you have to look at it from someone else's point of view. Thats more than a mistake, he could have killed sarah. Look what happened to their "parents", all because of one persons mistake.

@MrEvolution513 You can look on imdb.com... Greg Pitts played Drew in Office Space...his filmography does not include Grosse Pointe Blank or Party of Five... so it's just a guy who really looks like him.
