The dialogue and story for this game wasn't the worst thing ever, the voice acting was so bad it was good, if it wasn't for the bastard who stole everything from other games in the graphics department, this could have been a small gem. Still is, in it's own right though.
As you said, they are HILARIOUSLY bad, so bad It's laughable, and coupled with the silly dialogue, I think it definitely think it fits into the category: "So bad it's good"
