It adds +20 to non dimming elec chips and allows you to tag 2 chips in your folder to appear more often. The charge shot for full noise form is a knuckle shot that causes paralysis.

A player can use one noise but they can store two of them and switch between them outside of battle.

Yeah but with real brothers you can use multiple noises combined (up to 2) and theres a noise being in the space road that can turn you back to your previous noise if you don't like your current one.

yeah all the forms are in both games, with the exception of the finalized noise forms, the only differences between the games is the finalized noise and the rate at which the noise changes appear, black ace has a better chance at getting Libra, Corvus, Gemini, Cancer and Ophiucus, and Red Joker has a better chance with cygnus, Ox, Crown, Virgo, and wolf. Burai appears in both games, but you cant have any brothers, rivals, or use the Secret Satelite server to use it.

from black ace side you get Libra, Corvus, Cancer, Gemini and Snake Queen(I forget how to spell her name).

Not really. They aren't exclusive. Why do you think I have Cygnus on Black Ace ? Only Noise that is exclusive are the Finalize noises. Wolf is just alot more rare on Black Ace then Red Joker. And that goes for all the others.
