@scotstim75 lol that's one of the funniest comments I have ever read...well I feel more or less with a similar history and taste..:) head like a vietnam vet..:) I hope you can still see verything clearly..good luck..
Love the way the chord strums on the New Fads records sound like they are being played on an old record player with a knackered belt drive, they kind of sag and that is just fucking great - especially when juxtaposed against the frantic lead and ethnic drums.
i remember buying pigeonhole and a lot of my mates were saying wtf is this then after a fewlistens they loved it,there gigs were fucking great as well...
@jaseywasey49 ha ha, sorry buddy........by the way, if you like this version, try the peel sessions version, in my opninon better than the album version.
tripped out ma tree many times to this album ; ) happy days, head like a viet nam vet now but all's goood

saw them in Brighton Zap Club back in the early 90s. What a gig - awesome. Can't understand why they never made the big time!

@ericsrightboot The peel sessions are amazing. The Big instrumental is top notch.

A much underrated band of the Madchester era. They were great live as well - gigs were mental.

In my opinion this was the best album from the madchester era. Even better than The Stone Roses classic album
