and the reason is that the true teacher of Wu K'un Ji wasn't his father Wu Jian Quan, but Wang Xiang Zhai of Yi Quan and Yang Shao Ho , the elder brother of Yang Chen fu. Both of them despised the form created by Yng Chen Fu an Wu Kam chuan for economic reasons. this square form is horrible and didn't created one single outstanding praticioner, The headquarters is TORONTO nowadays

i guess the master is making sure that every sngle move of the body is directed by Yi and Qi and that is why it is particularly slow
