How Do You Get These Levels?!

@mariacamaya On the file select screen, highlight the file you want, press L, R, R, L, R, R, L, R, L, R. Enter the code "MERRY" to turn bonus levels into Christmas-themed levels; "Collect the Stars" levels will feature Christmas tree lights instead of stars, and "Collect the Bananas" levels will feature blue Christmas presents instead of green bananas. However, the screens will still show normal bonus level objectives (stars and bananas).
