  • Even though she was upset, its for the best..none can live in an unstable house, bet her new house is well nice :D

  • Excavator, not track hoe or grader

  • dumb asses dont even no its a trackhoe not a grader.

  • @fox13z400 don't call people dumb asses when you don't even know what the machine is called either you tool.

  • @BrettHauls Its called a trackhoe or excavator? Ive operated them before several times. Around here we call them trackhoe's so yes, I know exactly what they are called

  • Why are they demolishing this place?

  • Despite the good exterior appearance, the house was over 100 years old, had mud walls, upper floor had swayed to the point of near collapse...etc, etc. Renovation cost would have been too prohibitive. It wasn't my house but I was still sad to see it go!

  • The age shouldn't of been a factor, houses in England have been standing for some 500 years, and there made of timbers & wattle and duab. However the problems you mention, do seem to merit its demolition, you can't live in an unstable house.

  • @TheYoungConfessor I think it was a crackhouse or something

  • that would be the funnest job ever

  • Yep.

  • It's an excavator and not a Grader.

  • Why did they say Grader? Lol.

  • Well Mum, it's great to see all your dreams are coming true. It's about time! Glad to see it go, good riddance. Wish I could have been there...
