LOL wow if you look at the patients pleth he had no perfusion while he was in Vtach... Technically he was in PEA. Usually we dont use Adenosine in a code situation like that... We would go for paddles. AWESOME opportunity for taking this video.

Just reviewed this video again (I think its awesome you got video of this-I might start bringing my camera to work) and I heard a 'shock' I was wrong I thought you chemically cardioverted but I read the details and it was electrical cardioversion. My mistake I saw your Adenosine video first and I thought this one was the same treatment.
