@nightmareofsolomon Why would it occur every single day in every single cloud then? It does here now ... look at my channel for how bad it is here ... ty
They aren't rare anymore. They are being seen all over the world. I am 44 years old and have cloud gazed as far back as I can remember. I had never seen anything like them until, in the last week I have witnessed them twice.
Bloody HAARP has a lot to answer for. LookUp^WakeUp!
You will notice that it only happens when the sun is at an altitude in the sky of more than 58º. If it happens outside this time (near the middle of the day, typically), then you are seeing something unrelated to this video.
The phenomenon in this video is a circumhorizon arc. Look it up, I'm not making this up.
@LazyJones1 Yes ...hmmm .... I agree w/ you. The colors I see in the clouds here are 24/7 I can see them in the moon light even ... Something in the sky is changing ... atmosphere changes and many particulates in the air here ... The sunsets have been neon everything - even dark maroon... There is very obviously something going on in my skies. This does appear to be a natural one though

There not too rare, especially in Panama. I live in florida and I've seen 3 in the span of a month.

No, it's a natural phenomenon. It's not indicative of some hypothetical secret govt super weapon. Relax.

They've never been as rare as you appear to think they have.
It's the internet, coupled with the increasingly affordable and thus widespread cameras that make it seem as if it's everywhere.
Add to that the psychological factor. When you look for something, you seem to see it everywhere. When you don't, you don't notice it at all.
HAARP?
Grow up.
