this is so sad. this is called the national geographic channel but obviously it should just be called the shark queers channel seeing as how the only videos over 5 minutes are shark "men" (men lovers more like it) videos and no actual national geographic channel classic documentaries...etc. '

@drone8888 The cow blood would most likely be diluted in a short amount of time because its a giant body of water and not a swimming pool. Its organic and degradable. If it was a religious site, they wouldn't have a permit to research there either. You can't have a conservation effort if you don't study the animal.

@killerzombie163 I meant a sacred place for the animal. I don't feel bad when people meddle, but not so obtrusively. Imagine a giant hand grabbed you up from your house, into a giant mechanical ship beyond anything you know to be true, then have a bunch of ranting monkeys prodding you, while another sticks a transmitter in your neck and tosses you back. Respect doesn't know boundaries. Logic doesn't defeat common courtesy, decency, and compassion :)

@drone8888 Well I agree with your view in that manner, but science does have its challenges in determining what is ethical treatment. Though on another note, by identifying Guadalupe island as a breeding ground openly, I think it just helps shark finning people to come and ruin the place. That is what would be more concerning in my opinion.
