Being a NJ native, I loved watching the Rangers, Islanders and Devils beat the crap out of the Flyers. I especially liked watching Gillies, Nystrom and Fotiu wreck havoc on the Flyers. I also loved watching Devils captain Scott Stevens deck Eric Lindros from the Flyers

Do your homework, they fought AT LEAST 4 times at the NHL level. I own the VHS tapes of hundreds of old Flyers fights and I've seen a few of their minor league fights as well, and I can promise you that Holmgren got the better of Nick more than once. I never said Homer was a better enforcer than Fotiu, but I did say he was a MUCH better player, Fotiu was a bum.

I remember growing up hearing about nick fotiu and what a good fighter he was. However, i never saw him fight until youtube came along. Now i know why he rarely fought. It's because he destroyed people. Besides being an amateur boxer, he was strong as hell. He beat holmgren easily and holmgren was no slouch.
