  • how long did it take to make that and can buy them

  • @ciarang8235 No, you can't.

  • 4:31 lol xD

  • How You getting all the parts?

  • @Smauges Buying them with my money.

  • @searme I meant Where do you get them? I can't find these parts anywhere?

  • @Smauges Where the info at the end of the video tells you. BRICKLINK.

  • your very good man check out my channel i have some lego vids keep buildin!!!

  • but i love LEGO :)

  • I hawe much better

  • one word: HOW! :D

  • if your wondering, my lego plate with some wheels on it is fine thx

  • @toiletbrush169 LONG LIVE SIMPLE VEHICLES

  • i bought a chinese-made toy with the exact same capabilities for $25-30 (and used it in a cv project). lego is a bunch of greedy mofos.

  • @b4ra2 At the end of the day I think I will feel better with my Lego than you with your result of children's sweatshop labour. Assuming your Chinese-made toy lasts that long.

  • @b4ra2 lego is fun because you get to build it. Use your imagination. And its indestructible. I think its almost impossible to actually break a lego brick or individual piece.

  • @SpartanDara117 i have broken many gears, UV joints, twisted shafts, and more

  • @skinsofarmor what have you been doing lol? these items will only break if you stress them too much. UV joints are fragile though, but they will not break if not stressed.

  • first of all the song sucks

second there are no steering wheels in excavators

  • Did you ONLY use lego stuff? Nothing that is not lego? (except stickers of course)

  • is there a nxt in there somewhere? or did u use power functions?

  • @jcknuter71 Power Functions only.

  • 4 Letters-

    E-P-I-C

  • it looks like the lego version is blowed up :D

  • how the fuck do u build that

  • @Ksawerow1999 Well, I used my brain and hands.

  • not your best model, but amazing none the less!

  • What up with the steering wheel on a eC290?

  • 真正的挖土機無吠的

  • where did you get the volvo stickers?

  • @london20102011 I made them.

  • please show how to make the switches =D

  • Can it dig dirt

  • @billie0502 Sure.

  • Very cool

  • thumbs up if you rocked out when this song came up :D

  • i want that! awesome!!!!

  • Dear santa....

  • they sing whars that coming over the hill, but i think this bad boy would rather go trough the hill!XD

  • i want to see searme and Streaty have a lego war

  • ps were did you get the hydralik plz awnser

  • im crying because im nit got it

  • sweet build!!! what if you change the motor that drives the pumps and the gear ratio?

  • oh and there is a better way to get the arm to lower , you just have air going in 4 (in your case the top 2 and the bottom 2 ) of the 8 holes it has that is how i got mine to work

  • do you have anything on your website about this pump it looks simple but you cant quite see it in the video

  • @dmasterdan1 I have everything on my website, just check.

  • Loose the grey extensions on the bucket and the geometry would be perfect.

  • i saw the blog and i wanted to know how did you build the air valves they are not regular lego valves right ? please answer

  • @dmasterdan1 Yes, they are regular Lego valves.

  • @searme i tryed to build it like a hour ago and it didnt work it there any way you can get me some other angles of the switch ?

  • @dmasterdan1 May I suggest visiting my website which has an extensive description of this model, along with schemes of the valves?

  • @Prkihot YOU.CAN'T.BUY.IT.

  • you are good :)

  • amazing build

  • hahaha a steering wheel?

  • wow, want this for me!!!! grat, u really know how to build!!! what's the song???

  • How did you get the lights two flash?

  • @jdude124 Switch + eccentric mechanism. It's all described at my website.

  • this thing looks badass with all the pipes and cylinders

  • Hei! I hate to dissapoint ou, but there is no steering wheel in a tracked excavator. Only two pedals and two joysticks.

  • can i buy a copy of it i love it

  • @PhotoshopMyPic No, I'm afraid not.

  • Song,please

  • I want one

    Correction, I need one

  • this is so cool it inspired me to make my own and I have made a video of it

  • lego dont how crap they design there sets

  • Ok thanks I'll check it out

  • Nice are u getting 8043 the newish excavator I'm gettin it for Xmas but don't understand it has 4 motors, 2 recievers and 2 controlers but it has 3 linear controls, drive function and the spin function that's 5 functions on a 4 function remote lol

  • @Sk8tiLitsL8 I have 8043 and a video on it that will perhaps help you understand how it works.

  • @Sk8tiLitsL8 the 8043 has 3 function motors, plus one motor that moves a switch that allows to have 2 functions for each motor ( with the same mechanism of gearbox of 8448 and 8880 ).

So, 2 motors fot driving and one to rotate the hull, that become 3 motors to move LA using the switch :)

  • about how many pieces do you think are in it. and how much does it way

  • Very nicely built, my only complaint is why the fuck does it have a steering wheel? get rid of that and put in two track control levers and itd be totally perfect. Well done!!

  • I have to buy one of these, Where to find?

  • @cardosomanuel2 Then you're gonna have a hard time looking for it 'cause this is not a set. I've built it myself.

  • Holy crap, i search in ebay and cant find it. Only then i notice its a custom !!!! The one mother fucker excavator !!!!

  • nice!

next challenge will be the atlas copco twin boom rock bolting rig

  • nice! 10/10!

  • You put a steering wheel into an excavator :P

  • Dang, I want all of your creations. Do you ever sell any of them?

  • @Supermassively Nope, because people usually think they could buy it with their pocket money.

  • @searme So what, you'd sell them for a million dollars?

  • @Supermassively Sure I would. What people don't get is that the Lego pieces alone in such a model are sometimes worth nearly $1000.

  • Hi searme. I almost would say, that this is close to perfect LEGO building. Beautiful formed, fine building-in the remote system and well propered size. IF I should say something negative, it would be, that the arm goes very slowly up. But that would be the only negative thing, that I could find to say. :-)

  • dude this is seariously outstanding work

i checked out your front loading excavator as well

my hat goes of to you

    bravo

  • lol a steering wheel XD

there need to be 2 joysticks and three foot pedals

    but verry nice however

  • omg that is so kick ass!!!!!!

  • wooooooooooo what a beauty, it`s just perfect, I love it

  • Nice job, should of left it together and sold it or something...

  • I honestly think that this is the coolest thing I have ever seen. Favorited.

  • How long did you need for it?

  • @BinKeinName A month or so.

  • @searme wow you must be a master builder or whatever comes to your mind you make it and people will be impressed

  • could you do a vid on the insides or have you already taken it apart

  • @sholtob I took it apart and besides there is some footage of the inside in this video.

  • How dus the pnuematic valve re-center itself?

  • @jovlem rubberband i guess...

  • cool wish i had the brains, money, and the time to make something like that

  • hi searme I have a question for you: where i can buy all sorts of pieces of lego technic?

    Searme you live in poland?

If I buy in the web side, does products came to my country by mailman?

  • @0126981 If you can write, you probably can read, so how about READING THE NOTICE AT THIS VIDEO'S END?

  • is there a building instruction for that Dmac's 3-postion remote control?

  • There's a scheme at my website.

  • really nice excavator

What´s the name of this song

  • Very nice and its a volvo :) love it.

Are you using rubber bands to help lift the arm?

  • @Rillester No.

  • great ,is very cool !

  • uff, gdyby był w LPG

  • dude u are the best!!! 5/5

  • very awesome model!

  • @searme dude will you sell this for how much?

    and would you sell it?

  • @nerfnerf122 No.

  • why dosent lego hire people like you to make awesome sets for them.

  • @tomanater00 Because they dont like military stuff.(Tanks e.t.c)

  • @tomanater00

Lego does hire talent people as engineer/ designer,

I guess he would be hired soon if not already.

  • whats The name of this song?

  • The Automatic Automatic - Monster

  • Great looking Excavator you built their. I like that you always try to include pneumatics in your creation and this is by far the best one i have seen when you made the valves RC controlled inside the excavator away from viewing, and that the valve is being centered, i guess you use the same principle that you used in your "Lego Return-to-center Steering System" from your previous creation.

I would like to se how you manage to make the valve centering that campact.

  • woah, amazing!

  • COOL!!

  • You should build something with the NXT :)

  • @spyxter Hell no. I spend too much time with the Technic alone, add Mindstorms to that and I'll have to quit my job and stop going outside at all.

  • @searme Still, I bet that you have some ideas for the Mindstorms :D

Anyhoo, many props to your work. I really admire it. You kind of inspired me to pull out my bricks and even get a set for Xmas :D

  • Awesome, noisy but awesome! =D 5/5*

  • I think the arm is way too heavy for the chassis.

I'm not so experienced with pneumatics, but I'm sure it was hard to make fully R/C

Nice work, the only thing i don't really like is the arm's weight.

  • finally ive been waiting for a vid for a long time

  • how much crack did you smoke before you built this behemoth O_O

  • good work, it was fun to see this model develop. you did a good job of bridging aesthetics and functionality, and did a good job of concealing the pf elements. i love the little battery hatch.

  • sweet

  • I believe the term I'm looking for is: O_O

  • maybe better to have three pumpers ( or whatever the blue cylenders are called) then it might be more powerful.

And btw do you work for LEGO?

    Great machine:D

  • nice i know how hard it is to do something witch pneumatic.

    thx, Paul

  • Yet again, outstanding work.

Too bad the compressor wasn't as efficient as would be ideal, but non the less, amazing to actually see a remote controlled pneumatic excavator for once. :D

  • whats the name of the song at the begining

  • The Automatic - Monster

it did tipe in is it a monster and the second video

  • perfect

  • too bad you´re not an official lego designer so it would come as a set into the stores...

  • woahh :)( awsomee :D

  • Looks great! And its fast too! Maybe you should reinforce the turnatble a bit more? You can put two tuntables for greater stability, one above main tracks chassis and other below the chassis, and link them with beams, to improve rigidity :)

  • Ouah!!

  • Jeez it kick ass so awesome !! 5/5

  • great!!!!

  • so, no skidder then? Still awesome!!

  • Wow you are so SICK! to make thing in lego 5/5 To You :D
