All of the clips in this video are from Tuesday June 2nd, when the shootings took place the morning of June 1st, so the tapes they showed here are legit, but juuuuust a bit late. Oreilly, however, made his statement on Wednesday, so he is not entirely right either. Verdict: CNN hesitated on the story in favor of the Dr Tiller case, but did cover it the next day. Oreilly was right but by the time he said, wrong.
